The walk to San Gimignano was tough for this mid 60's couple. We took a taxi back to the property.

This property is located on a hill across a small valley from San Gimignano, which is Heaven on Earth to this traveler. The views from the property were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen outside of being in the mountains.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is the perfect spot to lounge for the afternoon and relax with some drinks while taking in the views. very convenient proximity to San Gimignano.

We were woken at 07:45, by the sound of lawn mowers and motorised hedge strimmers outside our room. We had to ask the Gardener to stop and this was not the relaxing start to our holiday we were hoping for. Can noisy work be postponed til after 9am?

We loved our time at Podere Bellavista and highly recommend! It is an ideal location and with a beautiful swimming pool and views, lovely hosts and delicious food and wine. Everything we needed for our four night stay :)

Absolutely nothing - this is an incredible property. Except - don't book on B00king,com - they refused to honour a discount on my other booking and denied any discount was ever offered, and refused to check their records to verify my claim. Very disappointed with their service. Use Ag0da or another booking site. (This was not the hotel's fault).

I'd stay here over a 5 star hotel any day! - Hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of they way to make me feel at home. They even had GoogleMap itineraries for sightseeing and restaurants. Brilliant ! - Set on a large property with gardens, BBQ, firepit, and stunning views overlooking San Gimi, It even has an infiniti pool - this is definitely the place to stay during the warmer months - Beautifully-decorated rooms with everything you need and more. Great bed, heating and wifi - Location is out of town, but a short drive away or a 20min walk through back lanes and olive groves. There's a good italian restaurant a few minutes drive away if you're stuck for food - Parking is free and plentiful on the hotel's grounds. Honestly, just stay here, unless you need to be right in the centre of town or don't have a car.

A beautiful and relaxing Tuscan experience in November. Virginia, Andreea and their team took care that everything was perfect. The views were amazing day and night. The proximity to San Gimignano makes this experience even more special.

Our room had a tiny shower-we made it work but larger people would struggle Otherwise our stay was perfect!

All the extra touches-Hosts were amazing, location a great base for Tuscany-can walk to San Gimignano but you need a car to drive around Tuscany, easy parking, easy to find, fabulous pool and grounds, gourmet meals and fabulous views

Everything, rooms were so clean, location, but we really enjoyed dinner, it was an amazing experience and completely unexpected. We booked here last minute on our road trip from Venice to Rome, it was so worth it! We will definitely come back.

Location with spectacular views of San Gimignano; very accomodating, friendly, local staff. Rooms aren‘t huge or super modern, but very comfortable and clean and decorated with love. Overall great local flair. Can definitely recommend!

Everything was great, we would stay there again. Only thing I can think of is perhaps the wine list could be expanded to have more to choose from for dinner.

Food was outstanding, both breakfast and dinner. Nice pool although the weather was too cold to use it. Very friendly staff and great service - above and beyond. As a welcome drink we got fresh apricot juice, amazing!! One time we ordered bruschettas to the room via Whatsapp and got them within 15 minutes - they were delicious.

Everything. We were obviously able to see through the Booking pictures that the venue was gorgeous, but the service made this property really stand out. The service was absolutely excellent. The team made us feel very welcome throughout our whole stay, and were super helpful and quick. Would 10/10 come back to this place.
