Only comment would be you probably most likely need a car to get to the property, which we had.

What a great property, starting with the undercover carpark right next to the accommodation, the beautiful facility with a great dining room and our wonderful room overlooking the phenomenal pool and nearby landscapes. The hosts were friendly and wonderful.

We had a great two-night stay here! The hosts welcomed us warmly, answered our questions and quickly fixed a problem with the key for the room. The corner room was sufficiently spacious, and very clean; we didn’t like the view on the parking lot, but that’s minor since we spent little time there. It was squeaky clean and was quiet at night, we slept well. The breakfast was stunning, with so much choice, we felt we could sit outside eating for hours! Such delicious food, thanks to Susie! The pool, which we used once around 6:30pm, was big enough to swim, and it was amazing swimming in the red sunset. Wifi was a little spotty just outside on the breakfast area, but fine inside. The location is good, not far from many attractions and the beach. It’s in the country side, so it’s very open, and it’s fun to walk around with the cats in the adjacent fields. We’d love to come back!

They didn’t really have a restaurant open for dinner which I thought was a shame in such a graceful setting. However there are many restaurants in the towns nearby.

The property is great and in pristine condition. The room was nice and comfortable while the garden and pool were beautiful. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

It was a great location to explore the area, parts of Tuscany and coastal towns. Then return to relax and sit by the pool. The staff were very helpful for recommendations and the local town had great restaurants and gelato. The breakfast buffet was incredible and on our last day when we had to collect our daughter early from Rome they made us breakfast very early.

Clean, spacious, well appointed rooms and common areas. Meticulously maintained inside and out. Beautiful pool and grounds set in a tranquil country location. The breakfast was exceptional with an incredible array of fresh organic local farm to table products and freshly home cooked savoury and sweet choices. The hospitality was also truly exceptional thanks to Moreno, Luca and Federica. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful agriturismo (B & B) in nice surroundings. The rooms are fantastic and with all commodities in a very modern comfort with beautiful fabrics nd exellent linen. Beds are excellent aand comfortable. The breaakfasts are unbelievable with an excellent choice of everything you desire and with lovely pastries. The lady of the house was very helpful and an outstanding host! The swimming pool and surrounidng area is simply fantastic! Congraatulations.

All was good

We had a suite which was spacious and well equipped and our daughter had a room downstairs which was a good size and would have been comfortable for two adults. The pool area is excellent and a nice retreat after a hot day in the sun of Toscana. Breakfast was very good and staff excellent, very warm with good advise.

Everything was great.

Staff was amazing - kind and friendly and made us feel "cuddled". The room was beautiful, modern and extremely clean. So was the common area, where we had breakfast every morning, which was delicious.

The main issue is its distance from restaurants and attractions for tourists. No place close to eat lunch or dinner .

-The structure is on a side road, nothing dramatic but if you search for "zero" noise may be you can have problem when you are sitting in the garder reading a book -light curtains are fixed, so you cannot open them ( reason is that rooms are on the main terrasse and if people walk there can see inside in case ).

Location is very nice and elegant, we had a room facing the pool area and the view was fantastic. Very good breakfast, very clean, bed very confortable, friendly staff, nice garden Consider than structure is more a small boutique hotel than a standard B&B

Really nice garden and modern pool area! The old house has been extremely well renovated and the home-made cakes and pies for breakfast (some savoury, too) are very nice. The location is a little remote so plan to have a car during your holiday.

Everything was perfect

The atmosphere in the agromurismo is chilled and relaxing, we had basically the whole pool to ourselves and could enjoy a nice sunbath in peace. The breakfasts include a variety of cakes and tarts, if anything the coffee could be a bit better, but this is just a minor thing. Overall our stay was perfect, the hosts are very nice and caring. Food is delicious and the wine is also good. Rooms are always clean, the towels changed every day and the funny cats make a great addition to the place. When it comes to the location, a car gives a range of possibilities we have visited Pitigliano twice, highly recommend to go there in the evening and get lost in the mediaeval streets. Sorano is also a nice small city to visit, however has less things to entertain then Pitigliano. Le Cascate del Mulino (Saturnia thermal waters) are also a nice spot, however better going there in the morning and not during the weekend, far less crowded. When it comes to Porto Stefano and Porto Ercole, in my opinion Porto Stefano is nicer, with better spots and places to visit.

For us the location wasn’t ideal, and we would have preferred to be on Monte Argentario or closer to the beaches. The bedroom was also quite small and dark,

Grounds of the hotel are pretty, pool area is pleasant, breakfast was definitely the best we had and staff were very friendly.

Great place to stay, super clean and very friendly staff. The owners are very helpful, the whole place is very modern. The pool outside is amazing and the scenery is gorgeous. Highly recommended and will definitely be visiting again!
