An beautiful location set in a working olive farm with a wonderful host, Alessandro. If you want authentic and rustic this is for you! Alessandro also gave some great recommendations for a bakery, restaurants and activities during our stay.

As we stayed there for workation, we were stuggling with WiFi, but in the end we were able to work with our mobile phone hot spot. If you will stay at the Podere Marchiano for vacation it won't be that important.

We stayed at Podere Marchiano for a workation trip in Italy and really enjoyed the overall beautiful Agriturismo, located in olive groves. The nice pool and green garden are awesome to relax. Alessandro is a welcoming and nice host and made our stay very special. In the end we extended our stay to 2 weeks. In addition, the region for me as a cyclist was perfect with a lot of beautiful cycling routes.

No. For the money you will not find better.

I cannot fault this property. Accomodation is perfect for the price with air conditioning that really works! They really care here and the attention to detail is impressive, they keep the public areas absolutely tip top so you can have complete confidence in the professionalism of the proprieter and his staff. The pool area is very good and as many people have mentioned there are so many outdoor spaces to eat even if you do not have a terrace with your flat it is no big deal and a chance to mingle. We stayed for 3 nights but I think to really settle in a week or more is better. For a longer stay the position is perfect for day trips. For shorter stays you might feel a bit isolated not having the time to enjoy the property and it's tranquility,

Beautiful and really well kept place. It was much above our expectations and we wouldn't mind paying double the price for such a great service. Apartements, gardens around the house, pool, open kitchen, vast sitting areas are just great.

If you're looking for a quiet place in nature - this is the place to go! We were traveling with a 1 year old and it was the most convenient place to relax with him. The rooms, pool and the garden were all pretty, clean and homey. Town is in a short drive, so you can stock up on drinks or/and food anytime. If in a mood for eating out, there's a golf course with a restaurant in about 5 min walk. Definitely planning to go back there!

When arriving on the hill over the gravelroad, the beautifull red coulored mansion amids the olive trees, immediately sets your spirits. In this place, under the perfectionist supervision of the hosts, you will find tranquility and peace. After a swim in the pool, you can have your dinner under the patio, with sunset views over the tuscan hills. Whether it be romantics, explorers or families. This site can please all.

The furniture was in a state of degradation, and the walls were dirty and neglected, with dangerously steep stairs leading up to the apartment, which posed a significant risk, especially for families with young children like mine. To make matters worse, during the cold period when the heating was shut down, the only available option to heat the entire apartment was the air conditioning unit in the bedroom. This was highly inadequate and unsuitable for a one-year-old child. Despite the temperature being relatively warm during the day, the first night was freezing, leaving us shivering in discomfort. On the second day, after returning from a day trip, we discovered that there was no water in the system. The host casually informed us that there was ongoing maintenance work and assured us it would be fixed soon. Fortunately, water was restored after approximately 15 minutes. Attempting to adapt to the circumstances, we decided to quickly wash our one-year-old child in the cold apartment. However, when I tried to take a shower myself, the hot water unexpectedly ran out midway through. I had to finish my shower with freezing cold water and immediately notified the owner of the problem. To my disbelief, the owner explained that I had used up the hot water in their 50-liter boiler and criticized me for supposedly using too much. This lack of understanding and blaming the guest for a basic necessity was utterly unacceptable. We patiently waited for the hot water to replenish so that my wife could take a shower. However, even after half an hour, the boiler showed no signs of improvement, and the water remained ice cold. Next day, we washed some dishes, then my wife tried to take a shower, after burning herself for 10th time, the hot water ran out. At this point we decided to leave and finish our vacation in another place. In the end, rather than reciving a simple apology we were met with a dismissive attitude and the unfortunate comment, "I hope to never see you again.

Quiet surroundings in the middle of olive trees. Host provided a crib even though booking showed they don't have one, thus saving us a trip to rent one.
