Nothing I did not like. I was looking for a property to give me the Tuscany feeling and it was definitely worth it.

I liked everything about this property. The establishment gave you exactly the feeling you look for in Tuscany. Super views, tranquility, and a really clean room.

We wished we had been informed about the room change before arrival or at arrival so there weren't any surprises/loss of time, but overall are pleased with how it was handled afterwards. :)

The place is extremely historic and takes you back in time. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of homemade options. After being given the wrong room, the hosts did a great job at resolving the situation with a room upgrade to make up for the inconvenience - this was much appreciated as we felt they truly cared that we had a good experience. Overall, I can reocmmend for a unique stay in Tuscany! We hope to try the winery next time.

Had a little issue with WiFi connection from the villa we were staying in.

Classic Tuscan style villas, it was the perfect quiet base to explore the val d’orcia region. It was surrounded by rolling hills, olive trees, and even 2 horses. There is a restaurant on site for a convenient dinner, breakfast buffet had a decent variety. Overall a very relaxing stay and just what we were looking for in terms of a Tuscan countryside escape!

The location is wonderful. In reality, it looks even better than on pictures. It is very clean, combination between modern and medieval, newly refurbished. The staff was very friendly, especially Ana Maria who was professional during wine tasting and during the entire stay. She careful and responsive to our needs.

The hotel is just amazing with such a beautiful view over the Tuscany valley, I would not even say that the pictures do it any justice cause in reality it is even more beautiful. Simone is an extremely nice guy who will make you feel welcome from the first moment. I can only recommend this place for your stay

Lack of air conditioning, nights are hot in this period. Windows should also have something to prevent insects from going in as you can’t sleep without them open. The road is pretty bad for a few kilometers from the main road, so you need to drive carefully.

Beautiful accomodation in the middle of the picturesque fields of Val d’Orcia. Modern, spatious and very clean rooms with a superb view over the fields. Good breakfast with beautiful view. Very kind and supportive staff. A true authentic stay in Toscana that I highly recommend.

The fact that the restaurant did not have a la carte menu, the deluxe studio should have a kitchenette. The swimming pool was not available, unfortunately.

The location is wonderful and our stay was peaceful. The place is beautiful and I would go back. The host was welcoming and ready to solve a problem with water supply.

Our stay was at the end of the season and we found it difficult to find local restaurants in the area that were open. We were aware they were no longer serving dinner but decided to keep our reservation. Probably something we they could have communicated better as we didn’t know the area. Also room was equipped with glasses, wine glasses and cups but no in room options for tea or coffee. Only one wine bottle opener between the two rooms. Also dirty glasses not replaced daily.

Location was excellent to view the hills of Tuscany.

Not worth the money. Rooms are basic and too warm. Furnishing is cheap and overall not so clean. I have been charged twice by mistake and never got my money back. Really do not reccomend this hotel. Staff is not welcoming and not collaborative.

They need a lot of work on the facilites coz are old and rusty.the breakfast is in other bilding and the road by car is difficult.
