Spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated appartement. Property with history, carefully renovated. Located at the end of a private road on a hill. Beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno after a short walk further up the hill. Very friendly hosts. Excellent food! Good working WiFi. Large swimming pool.

Wonderful hospitality by the hosts who cooked a delicious dinner for me. The suite was large and comfortable. Wonderful hiking on the property with amazing views.

The pillow was a little flat and could have done with a second one to prop up, but thats probably it..

Never had such friendly hosts, felt truly welcomed and had a wonderful stay! Dogs and cats on site made it even better!

Nothing - it was a flawless stay!

Incredibly charming, welcoming and beautiful place. Giacomo and Gaia were amazing hosts, they looked after us perfectly and accommodated my dietary requests. Beautiful, clean and idyllic.

The place, hospitality by Gaia and Giacomo was outstanding, they did everything that we can feel great and welcome. Everyday dinners at the place. Being out of crowds , everything was perfect. Also very pet friendly place. Greeting from Luciano!

Sleeping was a little hot when you are used to air conditioning. But they had fans in all the rooms.

Everything was amazing. The property owners Gaia and Giacomo worked tirelessly to make sure our needs were met. It was unreal. Highly recommend!

You definitely need a car to get to the property but that’s not a negative but maybe a problem for some people .

This house is heavenly, a real retreat away from the world, high on a hill with amazing views and beautiful interior decoration. Just a really beautiful place to be to relax. And you are treated so well from the moment you arrive, nothing is too much trouble. Can’t wait to go back xx

Beautiful location overlooking surrounding hills and Borghi. Spacious accomodation with great amenities including a wonderful swimming pool. Gaia and Giacomo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and offered plenty of suggestions with regards to activities and local restaurants. We had breakfast and dinner on site and it was plentiful, tasty and well priced. Grazie mille per la vostra ospitalita!

This is such beautiful place with the most fantastic caring hosts, we loved every minute of our stay!! Breakfast was fantastic, served( and not buffet!!)On the lovely patio surrounded by roses. You can also have dinner here and Gaia cooks whatever you love to eat. It can’t be more convenient!! The poolside is so relaxing with most beautiful views. Now the Appartements are so special with lots of charm and detail! The beds are very comfortable too. This is the perfect place to relax and get spoiled! Mille Grazie Gaia and Giacomo, a presto!! We will return soon

There was nothing not to like.

The owners were very helpful. Before we arrived, they gave us detailed instructions on how to reach the property. The gardens are well kept and a joy to spend time in. we traveled with a little dog, which was not a problem. Max was loved by all. There is a wonderful pool, with lots of places to sit, either in the sun or shade. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Umbria, I would totally recommend this place.

Everything was perfect.

It was super hot during our stay. Also, the 1-km drive up the hill was a bit treacherous.

The hosts were super nice and responsive. The dogs and the goat were cute and always around but not really annoying.

All great. some may find the access track a little hard but it is easy once you get used to it and well worth it given the stunning location.
