The drive to the place is a 10 minute drive in a bumpy dirt rode . Should take into consideration with your car.

Perfect, we stayed for a week in the farmhouse we had a wonderful time, excellent breakfast, clean and cosy room, well equipped kitchen . The views are spectacular and Luca and Tiziana are very friendly nice and helpful hosts. Recommend to go there we had a great experience.

Quiet and nice location, friendly owners, even the dog. Super breakfast what we like - fresh orange juice, omelet, and the top - homemade cake. Unfortunately we didn't use swimming pool and terrace because of bad weather.. The appartements are comfortable, well furnished and heated. We bought virgin oil produced by the owners with good price. If it is not so far (1.000 km) we will come again.

Beautiful place, charming Tuscan views. Tiziana and Luca were fantastic hosts, cute dog Leo☺️ Every morning freshly baked cakes. The apartment was spacious and clean, comfortable bed. I miss this place already…

The road to the Podere is beautiful but it’s good to know it takes 10 min from the main road and it’s a bit bumpy. For us it wasn’t a problem but if you’re a scared driver, maybe take it into account

The location is amazing, in the middle of nature, with great views of the hills and many chances for beautiful walks. The room was traditional but renovated with good furniture - for example the shower was stone tiles, with a very good hot water pressure. The owners were extremely friendly, professional and helpful: they took time to explain things and made us feel at home. Their breakfast was rich and made with love and local products. Special mention to the Labrador Leo, who was a playful sweet dog whom we are already missing a lot :)

Everything was great

Our experience was splendid. Very peaceful and relaxing. The views (especially from the pool area) and the surrounding mountains really help to disconnect from city life. Tiziana and Luca were very welcoming and kind; they always made us feel at home. As a side note, my husband loved the freshly baked pies they served during the breakfast :-)

Well, everything was great. This was the best place we stayed during in our roadtrip around Tuscany. Amazing breakfast with a great view. It’s located in a place where we can rest and enjoy the nature and views are incredible. Property is very well treated. Owners are very nice and made our stay even better. Leo (the dog) also made our days happier. This place really exceed our expectations.

My sister and I never dreamed heaven would be lined with rows of Cypress reaching beyond olive groves, vineyards and oleander. Just a bit further down the road, a beautifully crafted stone farmhouse awaited. Tuscan charm filled each guest accomodation, including fully equipped kitchens, fresh herbs from the garden and 360 degree views. Sitting by the pool, with an elderberry spritz in hand became our afternoon go-to. Evenings were spent getting to know the other guests, all with an international flair. However, it was Luca, Tiziana, their children, and Leo, (the best ever golden lab) who stole our hearts. This welcoming, funny and generous family gifted us 2 weeks in heaven plus... a lifetime of memories.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our four-day stay in Tuscany. The hospitality at the accommodation was exceptional, and our small kid was in heaven. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the host's recommendations for activities and attractions in the area were invaluable. But the true highlight for our son was Leo, the friendly and playful dog who made his stay extra special. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, and the surrounding landscape was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. It was exactly the tranquil nature retreat we were seeking. We left with a sense of rejuvenation and a strong desire to return soon. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful experience in Tuscany.

Tiziana and family were fantastic hosts, nothing was too much and very accommodating. Even down to providing breakfast very early, day of flying home. The apartment was spacious, bed very comfortable and with a well equipped kitchen. The view from the house is amazing.
