While it may have been too cold to swim, the infinity pool being empty and out of commission was disappointing as we had hoped to swim with the incredible valley view, one of the reasons we booked here. Maintenance has to happen sometime, but it was disappointing that this was part of our experience. I would definitely stay again, but would book one of the houses at either end of the property, as the one we had (in the middle) we found noise from other houses/guests dining and partying outside a bit annoying. But not major.

Dream location. Endless Tuscan views. Magnificent location for exploring Val D'Orcia, Pienza, Montepulciano. Warm and helpful host, wine on arrival! Warm and comfortable villa, well appointed kitchen was great for some self-catering.

The apartment is advertised as a two-bedroom unit but it is rather a one-bedroom unit with a small bedroom (with a small double bed) and a large living area where you will find a large bed instead of a couch. We unfortunately did not realize this from the pictures here on Booking. Otherwise, we would have booked the larger unit. Communication was not ideal. The hosts were not as fast to reply regarding check-out, and when we had an issue with the heating. We only tried email and not phone as we were not in a rush, so we cannot speak to that. One minor thing: we paid the "tourist tax" in cash during check-in. The host did not have change and told us he would give us the few euros the next day, which he forgot to do (and we forgot to ask). In short, the location is amazing, the infrastructure is very good, and the service and room description can be improved.

The location is perfect to explore the region. Pienza is a stone-throw away, and San Quirico and Montepulciano are within a short ride. The apartment we stayed in is well furnished and newly done, and the view is truly spectacular. We can recommend the place and would stay again (but at a larger unit).

There was a complication with the water pump on day two. But the owner and caretaker were responsive and helpful, and it was fixed the next day!

The Location was fabulous and stunning! Quick and easy drive to Pienza and Montepulciano! I had a couple lovely morning runs from the rental. The unit was spacious, clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. Shower was large, hot and spacious. It was great that we could wash some clothes there.

Off the main road, so expect some small outdoor bugs-nothing intense, but the location is awesome.

Stunning views in a remote area of Pienza. Washer onsite. There wasn’t really a place clothes to hang clothes to dry, but we made it work. We visited in November, so the pool was closed (expected). It looked like a great little pool though. Easy parking for rental car. Amazing location for a local farm/cooking class 2km away!

When we had arrived and contacted them, they sent someone turned on the heating, So that night it was cold!! We had worn a coat and sleep. It was so scary because there was no one whole Accomodation. It was winter, so dark and narrow roads after 4 p.m., so I was scared when I came back to the accomodation. Summer would be fine. Location was not good

The location is really good, close to Pienza, many wineries and other beautiful places. The view is amazing. The surrounding is calm and beautiful. The bedroom is big and comfortable.The bathroom is also really good. You can reach the Gladiator photo points in a few minutes.

Stunning view on the valley, classical Tuscan landscape. Room on the second floor is spacious and well equipped. Daughter was happy to find some toys and books for children.

The room we were in was attached to the main house that houses a lot of guests, and it seems their living quarters are right next to the bedroom. Can make for a noisy night when they stay up late.

Beautiful estate with multiple apartments. Pool was lovely. We stayed in the newer one bedroom apartment which was lovely. It had fantastic views outside the bedroom, massive shower with great water pressure and temperature. Fully stocked kitchen although we did not use it. Nicole and Alessandro were great hosts who made sure our stay was comfortable. 15-20 mins driving distance into Pienza and Montepulciano which we visited for dinner a couple nights. Local vineyard with wine tasting (Fabbrica) just at the entrance of the driveway leading to the apartment.
