The room I stayed was barely cleaned when I checked in. The toilet sit had black hairs left on it, the drawer was full of dust, one of the pillows also came with a straw of someone’s hair. There were dead insects on the walls

The location was very convenient transport-wise, however overall its very noisy and dirty area. The staff were welcoming and helpful, however the first night one of them (the blue eyed young man) truly scared me. He started banging on my door at 22:15pm when I was in the bathroom, I rushed to see what was happening and when I opened the door he said he wanted to greet me as a manager of the property.

The area felt dicey, and it was noisy as it is the centre of a big city.

The hotel was close to the train stations. Friendly reception staff who organised a taxi transfer for us. The room was functional but clean.

A bottle of water in each room would be nice

Room was modern and clean. Bathroom clean, showers hot and plenty of towels, although the hairdryer didnt work but I used another one. Handily located for train station and tour pick. Staff very pleasant and available to answer any query.

The neighborhood was a bit noisy. The AC was very loud and the flush was a bit tricky to use.

Very practical location next to the central train station, 10min walk to historic city centre. Rooms were clean and wifi & aircon were working fine. The staff was very friendly and happy to chat. The free breakfast was a bonus. Rooms were small but provided all necessities. Due to the location street noise was audible but ear plugs helped easily.

Didn't like the bed much because it sways a little and made me feel like on the boat. Would be great if you fix it's legs. The rest is ok.

Everybody is very polite and smiley. A guy at the registation met us almost at midnight and politely offered everything. And woke us up that we don't miss our train and had time for breakfast.

The location is not excellent, it will take at least 40min walking to the port or city center, and the street and building, before entering the hotel, are not very nice either.

the lift was not working we had to walk up 5 levels of stairs 125 each way. 250 stairs each time we went & came back.

noisy - both road noise and hotel access bell, bright green light in room made it impossible to sleep, saying there was laundry service provided on booking.com yet this is an external service which we had to organise ourselves. lost property at the hotel yet none of the staff had seen it.

The biggest minus is due to thin walls and poor insulation. Our room was next to the dining area, and every morning, I was woken up by some man (Italian talks loudly). Not recommended for light sleepers.

The area around it was busy at night, but it was okay. It was not as shady as many comments make it out to be.

Freshly renovated, very near to train station, breakfast included. I read the Google reviews after I booked here and was kinda afraid that I may be scammed from what I read, but I can assure you it's all good. I had a rennovated and clean room, I was very happy with it. It's perfect if you need to spend a night or two near the train station to get to Herculaneum and Pompeii. Breakfast was also included, nothing special but good coffee and crossaints.
