It is a small complaint sandwiched in between the wonderful observations BUT the lighting could have been better. I had trouble trying to read because of the dim lighting.

Location was EXCELLENT and the ladies were very helpful and attentive. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning served in a pleasant room with beautiful table placemats, flowers and good food. They offered helpful advice about sightseeing and the HopOn bust stop was very near their facility.

Well, it's just bad luck and has nothing to do with the the suite itself - but they renovated in the upper floor, so there was quite some noise from about 8am, 8.30. Fo rme it was no problem, as I had to get up by that time, but if I had wanted to sleep longer... and some of the rooms are only separated from the others with normal doors, so it can get loud, if all rooms are taken.

Cristina really is a wonderful host, very friendly. flexible and helpful. The rooms are nice in a big, beautiful old house (high ceilings!), I had a standard double, which was well equipped . The location is perfect, directly at canale grande with some nice view!

Great location. Very near sights to see. Beautiful area - right near the Grand Canal which is surrounded by excellent outdoor restaurants. Owner answered questions quickly and arranged a cab ride to port. Interesting historic elevator.

It was a necessity to stay here due to the rail strike, but I am so glad we found this place. Great location, flexible check-in and amazing staff. Although we did not have breakfast as we had to leave early it looked really good with many choices. Will definitely stay here again ,& recommend to others.

The lack of honesty. When I could still withdraw from the reservation, I had expressly requested a room with a canal view for personal reasons, and the request had been granted to me (so I had not cancelled the reservation). I found a room with no canal view.

Great and central location (the building is located on the corner between Piazza Sant'Antonio and Via Dante Alighieri: it makes it barycentric), easy access and staff available. The room is located in a historical apartment of remarkable architectural quality, pretty well-renovated and adapted to accommodate guest rooms.

I loved the location of the property situated in the city centre with everything near by and I loved the spacious big room, decorated in the modern way with mini fridge and big bathroom and obviuosly wifi. I couldn't stay for breakfast, because I had to prepare for business meetings I had in the city the next day. But will definitely check it out during my next stay in Trieste.

There was a strong disinfectant smell in the room, which was nice from one hand - guaranteed cleanliness. But it was disturbing to stay in. We were allowed to stay longer in one of the rooms. While we were out, they came in to clean the room, which I found awkward. NOthing was missing, but still ....

the lady, who checked us in, was amazing. nice, kind, attentive, first class. Location is awesome. Pre-arrival communication was good. Our dog was warmly received. They allowed us to stay longer a bit.

The fact that the host was not at the premises when we arrived. Fortunately, I had a working cell phone from another country and after figuring out the codes to make a local call the host answered and was there within 5 minutes.

Great location, ample breakfast with fresh fruits, meats and rolls. Air conditioning unit in the bedroom which was needed since the temps were in the 90’s. Very friendly and helpful host.

Location was great. Comfortable and friendly. Good shower and wifi. Fridge. Lots of local restaurants. be guided by google. Fabulous town, lots to see...Esp. Castle and Revoltella Museum and brunch bargain at Caffe degli Specchi on main piazza.
