Rooms are one flight up with an external staircase. Ours was narrow and winding. Porter had to carry our bags. If you are infirm or unsteady on your feet, you should not stay here.

Beautiful property . Room was spacious, well decorated. Balcony facing the pool and water was spacious as well. Terrific dining rooms. Food superb and service impeccable. Hotel staff is gracious, warm, welcoming and very accommodating. We will ALWAYS stay here when we use Fiumicino or want a beach/yacht stay when in Rome. A true gem. Short drive to airport.

We think that the breakfast selection could be expanded somewhat.

A rewarding one-night stay. The receptionist made sure that we felt at home. She even carried our heavy suitcase upstairs which we appreciated deeply. After checking out the next day, we stayed indoors for most of the day at a comfortable lounge where we were treated attentively by Valerio who made sure we were well cared for. However, proof of the pudding came when we had to leave. The shuttle bus couldn't pick us up due to a traffic jam caused by an accident. The team quickly made the arrangements to take us to the airport in a hotel car by one of their colleagues. Should I say more?

We had a difficult time getting to it. Cabbies are scarce and the one we got ripped us off charging 45 euros for a 25 euro fare.

It was clean, comfortable with very pleasant staff. Restaurant was very good.

The restaurant is closed because of Sunday, the restaurant nearby recommended by staff was very bad, we ordered steak, spaghetti, shrimp, not fresh and the steak is not in good quality

Beautiful place to relax and forget the world. Great views of the gardens and across the Tiber to the San Michele tour. Staff incredibly helpful. Also handy for the superb restaurant QuarantunoDodici. Sadly our flight was too early for us to try the breakfast.

Everything was perfect, the bed, room, bathroom and tub, balcony view. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant has good choices and everything we had was amazing. The bonus was the spa...perfect way to end a trip.

Hot water in the bathroom takes too long.

Room was very nice, and with a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and they helped us with a smooth check-in and asseted us with our luggage. The location was good as our flight arrived very late at night to FCO. It is around 10 min drive. Taxi from the airport to the hotel is expensive though.

The bathroom had some mold around one side of the shower.

The location to the airport was great. Also a nice location if you want to be on the water with more of a yacht club vibe. (Would not recommend location for visiting historical sites of Rome as it is too far.) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the restaurant overlooking the river was very nice for dinner and breakfast. The room was nice size and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool and out to the marina. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Shuttle to the airport was convenient and inexpensive. Very peaceful setting.

Dinner in the upstairs restaurant was a bit exotic for our taste.

We arrived at the very end of the breakfast service but the pastries and coffee were very good.

Hard to get to even with gps help, narrow and unlighted streets, no street names to ascertain. Got loss easy in narrow streets.

We’ve stayed at the hotel one night before our flight, but definitely will be back again for longer. What impressed us the most is great restaurant with amazing food. Overall we were happy to stay at the hotel. Clean and large room, perfect view from the room.
