Poor breakfasts and not very friendly girl who served them, this needs to be changed.

Very hospitable administrator Carmen, attentive and caring to the guests. Very clean room, well cleaned, great sea view, comfortable bed, excellent soundproofing, quiet air conditioning. The location is convenient, 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Small family hotel with very nice hosts. Peace and quiet. Amazing view of Taormina from the room with balcony. Much wider variety of food for breakfast than you would expect in Italy/of course this is Sicily and not Italy as the islanders like to say it/. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The lobby, restaurant, corridors seem to have been freshly redecorated in a lovely pale blue.

There was nothing problematic during our stay.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful, our balcony had a great view to the sea. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioner worked flawlessly. The staff was really helpful and friendly, and they arranged for us a snorkeling excursion leaving from our door step. Our stay was amazing, I highly recommend staying here!

The rooms look somewhat dated. There isn't enough space for luggage -- and no stands for them. The minibar was just a small fridge installed inside the wardrobe - causing noise and vibration when operating. My shower corner did lack door. Each room has its own air conditioner indoor and outdoor unit - these were quite noisy.

Good location with beaches and restaurant at walking distance. The hotel has its own parking area. Room had balcony.

The breakfast was very basic. The room was also quite basic (the furnishings, for example, seemed outdated and not the best condition). The location wasn’t far from the beach or restaurants, but it also wasn’t the closest (there was other similar priced accommodation more central)

Balcony facing the mountains was nice. The staff were friendly. The accommodation was fair for the price.

The bad mood and service from the breakfast attendant, a real disaster to well start a day! Some efforts has been made to offer some choice but then the small table is full without any free space so you need 3 hands, 1 to hold your plate, 1 to lift the plastic lids and 1 to serve yourself on the plate !!! In 2 days we could not find how to use the small toaster... We booked this hotel after reading the comments about the stunning views, what a mistake! I post a picture of our balcony so that everyone can judge about it... The room is far below the 3 stars standards with about 9 sqm so once you have entered into the room with your luggage then you have no more space. The twin beds size is 70×180 that is theoratically for children !!! Useless TV with only hundreds of Italian channels. The bathroom is so tiny and has been refurbished without pratical mind, nothing to place your toiletery bag except on the floor. The sanitary shower of the toilets needs some adjustments and be aware of low pressure during rush hours so you need to schedule your shower !!!

The smile and english skills of the receptionist at checkin and check-out while the reception desk remained totally empty through out our stay! We haven’t seen anyone going to the restaurant Claire de Lune during our stay, most probably due to the high prices and flashy decoration... but the good news is the nice restaurant next door La Lanterna with plenty of choice and very friendly staff.

Amazing place. V good and quiet location. Nearby all attractions. Good to arrive by car, convenient parking. Only 7eur a day parking. Good and italian tipico breakfast.

Nothing, everything was perfect. The owners are always ready to go an extra mile for the guests.

Great value for money. Small hotel with really friendly staff and owners. It is close to the beach (approx.. 8 minutes walk) but still far from the noisy bars and clubs. The room was spotless, has been serviced every day with fresh towels and sheets (we spend a week here). Our room was with a garden view and had air con and fridge. The continental breakfast was delicious with the fresh croissant and ricotta cake, and the coffee was the best what we had in Sicily. Thanks for the warm welcome, highly recommended.

That we could not stay another week!

The hotel location was great. It is situated at a walking distance from the centre of town, tons of restaurants, various beaches, and has great views. Breakfast was mainly sweet but had some savoury items too. We particularly liked the freshly home made cakes. Staff at the hotel were very friendly, non judgemental, helpful, going out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Our special thanks go to Carmen who provided assistance throughout our stay, and of course Maria, a mother like figure, who insisted on driving us to the bus station on our last day. What a sweetheart!

Terrible experience. First time in my life I had to run away. Roaring music till 1am. The furniture is falling apart. The fridge is inside the wardrobe and is rummbling so loudly I had to turn it off for the night. The light on the balcony can not be switched of and shines very brightly till 11.30 pm. Stale bread for breakfast. The street is very loud. The room is roughly the size of the bed. So if you open the windows you can't sleep because it's too loud, and if you close them - there is no air. The owner yelled at me when I told him I was leaving and demanded I pay cash now even though booking.com already charged me. He told booking.com I stayed 2 nights, not one, so this horrible night cost me 162 euro. Both the hotel and booking.com service turned out to be really lousy. Don't go.
