The additional information link required to receive check-in details should be sent via booking.com not WhatsApp. I thought it was a scam message as it was asking for so much personal information and additional payment information.

Location was perfect, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication from hosts was regular and videos to show how to locate keys and enter were helpful.

The one and only downside is no full length mirror and only mirrors in bathroom. Would be great to have one in bedrooms to aid getting ready - but really a minor point as a truly lovely stay

Excellent location, 15min walk to Duomo. Exceptionally clean, quiet location for sleep. Balcony is so lovely to sit out on evening. Provided toiletries and a welcome box in kitchen with sugar, tea bags, jam etc.

Regarding what I didn’t like, there was very little if not nothing that I “didn’t like”, although there was one or two things I could propose to make anyone’s stay even better. When trying to use the stove it would not work no matter how many times we tried, it turns on but when increasing the temperature, the reader goes up but the temperature doesn’t. One of the bedroom doors (one with the en-suite) can be quite difficult to close than others but no huge issue (just a proposal to the owner)

The location of the property was unbelievable. It is a 10 minute walk to Duomo and there is restaurants, Cafés and supermarkets all around the apartment. The nearest metro station is also very central only being 5-10 minutes (walk) away from the property. Despite the apartment being in the centre with shops and cafes surrounding it (implying it may be quite loud inside the apartment), inside the apartment it is extremely quiet and relaxing! The amenities in the apartment was really good! There was a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and the other one had bigger wardrobe area to compensate and the air conditioning in each room was unbelievable and extremely easy to work (only downside is at times it automatically turns off to save power). The property also had a tumble dryer, oven, microwave and any necessary appliances in the kitchen.

It was beautiful, stylish and modern inside, but located in the city with ambience and in typical Milan style. Safe and clean and spacious with all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Very comfortable beds and well working airconditioning!

It is very close to the major landmarks such as Duomo and La Scala. For the shopping lovers it is fantastic and the communication with the host was excelent. He was very friendly, helpful and prompt.

The instructions of how to enter the apartment were very clear with videos provided. It would have been great to get the instructions earlier as you need wifi to access them. Otherwise everything was great.

The apartment was lovely. Bright, spacious and well equipped. Loved the balcony and the view of the courtyard. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Very central, walkable close to restaurants, shopping, bars and metro. The host messaged to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a great stay. Highly rated.

The communication with the host was only via WhatsApp and he was rude before my stay when I asked for an extra person. That is the most important downside for me. The entrance door was very small that could be dangerous. We had a key only for the elevator, so we could not use the stairs to exit even in case of emergency. The 2 bathrooms were connected via a glass separator so there was no privacy. The bed sheets were not very fresh, they had small stamps.

The bed in the second bedroom was poor. For two adults staying there it was a struggle. No side table, half a headboard which meant only one of us could prop our head up. A very tight space and we were given a single duvet with no duvet cover. We asked for more pillows as there were two per bed and a double duvet, all of which were provided. The glass which divided the two bathrooms was a little odd, perhaps this could be remedied with obscure glass as a minimum?

The method of obtaining entry to the apartments was totally inadequate. A video alone and no direct personal contact during our whole stay is insufficient. The hosts request for a ten/ten was insulting given the difficulty we had gaining entry.

Shower and sink in main bathroom did not drain. The drains need to be cleaned. Beds were ok but not what is expected for this price point. Location is not quite as close to main attractions as suggested.

Bonus- Washer and dryer! Full size refrigerator. Apartment is in a secure building. Nice size apartment with a large balcony. The hosts allowed a one-night stay and allowed us to drop off our luggage an hour before check-in while the apartment was still being cleaned. Several restaurants nearby.
