Rooms where very clean and updated. Thought it was a bit old dated from the pictures, but was pleasantly surprised to see that it was actually quite modern. Breakfast was also fine

During breakfast, I missed vegetables as they had only one plate with tomatoes. It would be nice to find in breakfast something local....maybe freshly made pesto or something else. About rooms - the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors.

Breakfast is the same all the time but it's ok. You can find coffee, tea, juice, and water. Also, they have a water machine and you can fill your bottle. For breakfast, they have two types of eggs: scrambled and boiled. Tray with a few types of ham and cheese. Every morning fresh fruits: melon, watermelon, pineapple, and peaches. Cereals and two types of yogurt. Few types of cake. The location is very good. From Levanto train station you can reach the hotel in 7 - 10 min. by foot and no taxi is needed. The room was small but ok. I missed the hangers for clothes because there were only thin metal ones and more space for storing things.

The location is exceptional, just a couple of minutes from the beach. The staff is amazing and really caring. The room is cleaned every day. The breakfast is very decent.

The safe in the bedroom did not work and could not be replaced or repaired.

Breakfasts were copious and well presented with savoury and sweet options. The staff were wonderful, friendly and did everything they could to help and advise.

Primavera was the last available hotel for our booking period, we went in expecting something bottom of the barrel but were delighted to find a clean, well located hotel with wonderful staff. A very good experience!

since it’s located in a pedestrian zone the free parking is a long walk away, but they have a car to transport you and your luggage to your car after your stay. not an issue unless you want easy access to your car.

great location, really good breakfast. staff was very friendly and sincerely helpful. stayed two nights it was so nice. the train and ferry to the Cinque Terra are close, beach is super close. many restaurants within a few blocks. as we left a group from Rick Steves was coming in!

The hotel is located in an excellent location in levanto old town. Just a few minutes from the beach and a bunch of nice restaurants.. the staff is extremely nice , probably the best that we encountered ever during our travels in Italy. The breakfast is simple but good

small rooms, no family room. Had to book and pay for 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. Parking is not directly at the property but 700 m away due to its location in the city center.

There is nothing I didnt like. I would definitely return there.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Wonderful breakfast. Iced water on tap was great in the heat. We had a balcony and could sit out and watch the world go by. Good air conditioning. Its very central for restaurants and the beach. Station is an easy walk away. We really enjoyed ourselves.
