The room was small and I had problem handling my suitcase. The soundproofing was almost nonexistent.

The owners were pleasant and very helpful in all matters. The bottled water and some breakfast foodstuffs are included in the price.

The only downside is that the whole property is not accessible: be prepared for a lot of stairs, which excludes guests in a wheelchair or makes it a bit difficult for the elderly without full mobility or stamina.

Make sure to get the room on top of the house, for an exclusive use of the terrace, which will give you a unique Umbrian bellavista experience. Truly unique. The location is ideal to be very close to the center, without any noise from the center.

The woman who runs the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful. Moreover, she gave excellent advice. The location of the hotel is perfect. The views are awesome and the rooms are very well taken care of. I highly recommend staying at Primavera Mini Hotel.

If I have to point out anything, the bedspread was sort of sad. I was delighted to discover the sheets were high quality and nicely laundered.

Excellent price; exceeded expectations. Very friendly staff. I had the most modest room and enjoyed the cute windows and efficient setup. Glad I selected this small hotel that is a bit of a walk up steep streets. Not for everyone but perfect for me. The bed sheets, towels and toiletries were excellent.

Very good location, near town centre. The small hotel, however, it's at the 2nd/3rd floor so just be prepared to climb the stairs, but the views from the room won't disappoint. Not sure if they have this in all the rooms, but our shower was amazing with proper pressure. The host was very lovely and the check-in experience was nice. They also offer to hold your luggage for the day, without paying anything extra.

Loved the location, my room with incredible view, how clean and comfortable the place was and how wonderful Chiara is. Chiara was quick to communicate and wouldn’t let me carry my heavy bag up all the stairs. Thank Chiara for such a nice stay in Perugia.

The terrace was very nice and private. I brought some breakfast from the old beautiful bakery, that Chiarra (the host) suggested and had delicious breakfast at the terrace, with the old town view. Just take into consideration, that for the view you have to climb several floors! And no elevator.
