Hotel was recently built or renovated and hence everything is new and state of the art. Breakfast offers all you need - even glutenfree options. We could park our car on the hotel parking. Very friendly and attentive staff!

We recently spent a week at B&B Primrose Residence Hotel. Despite our early arrival at 10 am (well before the official check-in time in the afternoon), the hotel staff graciously allowed us to leave our luggage and freshen up so we could enjoy some time at the beach even before our room was ready at midday. Our apartment was truly wonderful: it offered plenty of space, comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony. However, the balcony faced the space between the neighbouring buildings, and it could get a bit noisy in the late evening if the door was left open. The hotel's proximity to the beach and the abundance of excellent restaurants in the vicinity made dining choices effortless and enjoyable. The high cleanliness standards and the attentive staff significantly enhanced our overall comfort during our stay. A special shoutout goes to Alex, Alberto, and the hotel team, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. For example, since we had an early morning departure, before the official breakfast hours, they kindly offered us sandwiches and drinks to take with us. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated. In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend B&B Primrose Residence Hotel for a family stay, as we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Located on a quiet street, and at the same time close to beach, restaurants, shops. Excellent connections with public transport. Only 10 minutes by foot to Miramare train station. The room is comfortable and big enough. Room furniture and amenities are useful and convenient, selected with care to the detail. It is very clean anywhere in the hotel The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty.

Everything was very clean in this hotel, the smiling and helpful staff, very attentive to our needs, the varied and very good breakfast. It is located very close to the beach, a 3-minute walk away, and the beach is very clean and spacious (sunbeds and umbrellas are paid for). There are parking spaces with a normal cost. Many restaurants around and a long promenade near the hotel. I will gladly recommend this accommodation. Thank you!

This is a very good recently renovated hotel with functional and good looking bathroom. Kitchen is is sufficient for short stays. Reasonably stylish design of rooms. Good quality of materials. The air conditioning is very efficient both for cooling and drying of the room air. Personal was very nice and helpful. Photos at web pages represents hotel very well.

The room was quiet, there were windows with 3 glases. The stuff was very nice and accommdating. The hotel was near the beach. The hotel was new (only 1 year) , there was new equipment and furniture. It was clean there. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel! The staff was very friendly, flexible and they tfied everything to fulfill our wishes! The rooms and stairs, restaurant was beautiful and very clean!( this was very important for me). I have to say the breakfast was awesome!!! Very variable and cute/handmade and many many little delicatesses, so much to taste and amazing variety!!! I really loved it! It was better than the most 4star hotels i have been to. 10+for the breakfast! We took the bycicles spontaneous many times for hours for a ride. There were always there amd we could use them for free. Very nice extra 👍 i would recommend everyone this Hotel. The beach is near. Parking is little bit hard but you can reserve one Parkinglot for 5€a day, i think its also rentable 😊 thank you very much staff of Hotel Primorse, we loved our stay and you did all a very nice and great job, everyone was very friendly and cute to our little son too. Its an awesome stay for families! Bye 😁
