Unpleasant smell in the bathroom

Our room was quite oddly laid out, with an empty 'hallway' between the bedroom and the bathroom. Our window looked into a gloomy, cluttered back area.

The common spaces, which we only discovered late on the day we arrived, are very attractive. We would have enjoyed spending time in this gracious area. The breakfast offerings are varied and good.

Do not disturb sign doesn't seem to stay on when the room is not occupied and no "do not distribute" door sign available in the room. Not helpful if you just want to be left alone for a day.

Spacious room in a quiet part of town. Overall met expectations for the price and amenities. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

when we arrived for breakfast this morning, many tables had not been cleared and many items were missing from the breakfast choices. it seems that there are not enough staff. it was known that a large group required breakfast that morning and staff had not prepared for this. tea was asked for and arrived about 15 minutes later, the same thing happened when a second cup of coffee was ordered.

I was there twice within the span of a few days. Nonetheless late checkout was not possible on either occasion, not even the day that we had the meeting room rented. This is awkward, as I had to check out while still remaining in the hotel, and then not being able to change after the meeting. Most chain business hotels grant late check outs, so next time I will probably look for one of those

Lack of internet in room, but freely available in the rest of the hotel. The reception staff offered me another room on day 3 but I was happy to stay in the room that I was already occupying.

Not very clean, staircase at the entrance was dirty which immediately gives the wrong impression. With a bit more love and eye for detail the place could be a lot more special and beautiful.

We loved mostly the total silence in our room (though there were other guests) - sound isolation was exceptional. Spacious standard room. Quiet location close to the central street, great breakfast (we have got a delicious omelette, fruits, sweets, etc). COVID measures were strict at every level

Street side room and you can hear sounds coming from the streets. Most anoying was a door closing with a squeaky sound and a loud bang. Starting from early in the morning

We all were very happy with the property.

Excellent location close to all restaurants and points of interest in Palermo and the center of the city. The hotel was clean and the room was a bit small, but not cramped. Continental breakfast every morning. Love the sitting room where a cocktail or beer could be enjoyed among our group before going to our rooms. Very attentive staff. Secure parking available on the property, so no need to move the rental car. Quiet street.

The single rooms are not up to the standard of a 4 Star hotel, it feel like I was in a prívate dorm in a Hostel or in a much cheaper hotel, since it was not very well mantained. My first room did not have any wifi signal and there was a huge ventilation duct on top of it, I complained but they werent very helpful, the next day I asked to switch (since they did not offer it), I got moved to a room that faced a kindergarden (clearly very noisy), but at least it had internet signal, this room was more rundown, dirty walls and things like that. The staff seemed annoyed at me "complaining". I would not stay again, specially in a single room.

The hotel is nice in terms of facilities and is well located, the dining room and common áreas are well mantained. The cleaning ladies were also very nice and friendly. The double rooms seemed nice.

The best time of this property has passed. The room was really small, dark, with small view to the yard surrounded with big buildings, kind of depressive. Old furniture. The shower was cleaned, but still the marks of mold in the corners

The rooms are old now and need refurbishing ASAP; the safe didn't work, in the room, needed new batteries and they couldn't fix it although they kindly tried, so nowhere to leave documents and valuables as the reception said they could not take them into their own safe; also breakfast was only mediocre and it doesn't take much to get that on a much higher level of quality than it is now; the coffee was good though.

Great location and the staff were nice and helpful; beds were comfortable.

The room was awful - drab, sparse and depressing. Felt like a prison. No where to sit other than on bed. Would have stayed in Palermo longer but could not bear to stay a night longer (in fact left one night early) and could not be bothered to move hotels. It was convenient for the group I was with for pick-ups, but very long walk to centre of town for anything so not convenient if don't have transport.

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Entrance and lounge were attractive.

The location of the hotel is in a new city of Palermo, which is perfect, there are a lot of cool restaurants and small pastry places. The hotel itself is located on the worst street of the neighborhood. The view both from the hotel premises and from the room itself is very bad. Nevertheless the view and the street where the hotel is located the worst of this hotel was the mold in every corner of the room as well as the yellow runoffs all over the ceiling. The condition of this hotel is definitely not four stars.

Low quality/price we had a problem in our room with some electrical appliances making rumors at night. They changed us the room and they tried to give us a smaller room without balcony. In the new room I found a cockroach. Breakfast was not well organized. Common areas not well maintained. No proper elevator only a disabled platform. No electric socket next to bedside table. bad maintenance for a 4 star hotel.
