The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Peter who went over and beyond to making our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel not only for the lovely staff but also for the beautiful scenery and delicious food.

Pool is very nice but rather small if Hotel is busy.

Breakfast was excellent. Very good rural location on hill but only 5 mins drive from main roads. Dinner was excellent. All staff veryu friendly.

Lovely hotel. We stayed for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Really nice food and wines (big plus for the possibilty to book a wine tasting experience in the cellar for a really good price)

Our room was too small and inadequately furnished and the choice of dishes at dinner was strikingly limited, both in the main restaurant and in the bistrot.

The hotel is superbly located, with splendid views over the Piedmontese countryside. The manager and his team welcomed us warmly and did all that they could to make our stay a pleasant one. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

NOTHING!

What a wonderful welcome by the owner!!! Our little four legged man felt like at home… roaming the garden and searching for lizards. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated with equally sized modern bathroom. THE VIEW!!!! Villa is build in the hill in small settlement and we were very fortunate to get room with valley view. Just for the future: they have rooms with balcony or private garden and it is worth of every penny to stay there! Pool just stunning with excellent and very attentive staff to take care of your every request! We decided to have dinner at the villa also and with the view we couldn’t do wrong! Wine selection was excellent. We were able to squeeze run the following morning and the owner had for us ready sauna (round like wine barrel with amazing view). Definitely great experience and helpful to loosen those muscles out hilly run. I would like to mention one more thing. The owner is wonderful human being! Giving! Generous! I bought few gifts for my friends but he put few extras in the bag! Not expected and unnecessary but definitely nice touch. Thank you!

The level of service was poor for this price point (€400 per night). We arrived at the reception and were checked in. Then had to carry our own bags down to our room, down a steep little external alleyway to a modern annexe which to our surprise we were staying in a room that was more like a smart Agriturismo than a luxury boutique hotel. We stayed here before in the main building (20 years ago for our wedding night) which is an old palace and beautiful. The annex isn't ugly but then neither is worth paying this sort of money for. We went to the pool for a bit and lay down but the kitchens are 2m away and the noise of the blenders and kitchen staff was pretty intrusive.

The position and views are excellent. The staff are great - Especially the Swiss manager and Columbian(?) Somellier. The pool is pretty. Dinner was good as it is everywhere in Piedmont.

room main door wasnt enogh tight - noise from corridore was problematic. bathroom was cold - nice but too cold - stone floors etc

Sadly the room was very loud. Not suitable for light sleeper, as I am. However, once I mentioned it the manager, he was very nice, apologised and even gave us a bottle of sparkly wine to take home.

Sauna is great and a must. Location is also very nice and the garden is beautiful.

Could hear people in the other rooms, tiny bathroom, very very uncomfortable mattress, lots of stairs with luggages, not fun, 4 star in Italy maybe but not in the rest of the world. Pictures look way nice than the reality.

The front girl Jasemin was very nice.

- the cleaning team cleaned the room above ours (vacuum) at 7:30am, waking us up - the service at the à la carte restaurant was a catastrophy. First time in my life that I didnt leave a tip. - the breakfast buffet was alright but not impressive. The service was slow, had to run after staff to receive coffee/tea - many wasps by the pool (hundreds), definitely cannot sunbathe by the pool (safety)
