Excellent location. Very spacious room. Fully equipped kitchen and bath. All is brand new. With open windows it can be quite loud, but thanks to very good sound insulation quiet when windows closed. Communication was flawless and responses always very fast.

Some details needed review; for instance, there were no slippers in the room, and the wardrobe lacked clothes hangers. Toothbrush holders in the bathroom, etc. One thing I would describe as negative was that the cleaning staff knocked on the door every 10-20 minutes, starting from 11 in the morning. For those who stay up late and wake up late, it was a bit annoying; perhaps the organization of schedules needed reconsideration. As for hygiene, it was generally okay, but we found an unclean microwave. I would prefer that sheets be changed at least once every two days, and not just the same ones rearranged on the bed.

The location was very good, and noise isolation was what I would emphasize the most. For people seeking tranquility, I would recommend it. Access to the suite was very easy. The staff’s behavior was excellent.

Excellent location, right smack in the middle of city centre. Modern apartment within an old building with designated lift. Very spacious (with high ceilings!), clean and well maintained. Kitchen was fully equipped. Home away from home!

The room was absolutely gorgeous and the fact that it was situated in the centre of city was even better. The way the staff treated us was really exceptional as well. I can not say enough about how perfect it was, and we will definitely be coming back!

No information left in the apartment either about the local area, attractions etc and no info about use of the apartment facilities/equipment. e.g. struggled a bit to work out how to put the heating on. No dish washing facilities e.g. washing up liquid or tea towels - to be fair cleaners did come in every day and did our washing up and tidying but wasn't expecting that (particularly on a Sunday!!) Overall didn't spoil our enjoyment of the place and would recommend.

Great location for the part of the city we wanted to stay in...easy walking to some of the main attractions like the Royal Palace and Egyptian museum. Very spacious apartment and very quiet despite the location next to one of the large busy squares

The location of the suit was fabulous. We loved Piazza Castello . It was near bus station, tram station and taxis. In general it was excellent. We did enjoy our time in Turin.
