Everything was perfect!

Pasquale was an amazing host. He gave us good recommandations of places and restaurants to go to. He was available to answer questions all the time. The flat was really clean and most of all all the little things other hotels wouldn't think of were there. We can see his passion for welcoming people at his place. For example, there is a washing machine with everything you need, shower gel was not anything but nivea products and head and shoulders, everything was super new. You even have a safe available. The coffee machine was really good too (lavazza). You also have a key to close your room. Basically you really feel at home. It was important for us especially when you want to rest after many weeks of visiting different cities of Italy.

Just perfect. Pasquale is incredibly kind, always ready to help. The room was very clean, great bed, nice balcony and bathroom. Kitchen with all you need. If I visit Cagliari again, I will choose this apartment.

Nice calm and Clean room in the City Center of Cagliari. You can reach everything within a 5-10 min walk.

It's good to use google maps for this place because otherwise you might not see where it is exactly. But it's not hard once you find it!

This place is close to everything. Train station, super markets, pizzerias etc. The owner is very nice and generous. I felt very welcome in this place! Also everything is super clean.

Not the fault of host but walls are very thin and you can hear some people talking from floors above. Wasn't a problem for me but for light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs

Everything was amazing; beautiful apartment, lovely host (Ruccie), conveniently located with 10mins walk to the main station where the train from airport arrives and 10mins walk to the main old town with plenty of shops n restaurants along the way. Apartments are nicely decorated, mine had a balcony and the sun was shinning in the room around 4-6pm which was fantastic. Host even provided toiletries, chocolate and treats in the room. There is a shared kitchen with coffee and tea. The apartment has 2 other rooms (3 in total) and only one was occupied when i stayed so it felt great, almost like having the place to yourself. Would definitely stay again For value of money this place was amazing.

Everything was perfect for me. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The space is so well designed and you have everything you need. The bedroom and bathroom have great storage and this helped me to keep organised during my stay. The kitchen is well equipped so you can prepare meals and the supermarket is only a 3 min walk. The interiors are modern and beautiful. I found it so peaceful and relaxing. I especially enjoyed my breakfast on the balcony, in the sun. Everything was incredibly clean and so organised. The location was perfect for exploring the city. A short walk (less than 5 mins) to restaurants and easy to reach the main areas. The bus stop is very close by, should you wish to visit the beach and you can see the route/stops and when they are due to arrive/depart on Google maps. The owner Pasqual was absolutely wonderful and couldn’t be more kind and helpful. Such a lovely man! He really cares about your stay and making sure you have the best time and that you are comfortable. He gave me some restaurant recommendations and they were great! He was so good to me, I couldn’t thank him enough. I hope to return in future for another stay, as I fell in love with Cagliari. Pasqual’s apartments are perfect for visiting and highly recommend!

The room was great! Very clean and bright, and a great location. We were walking distance to everything. Pasquale was a wonderful host and was very helpful in providing restaurant suggestions. It was nice to have access to a washing machine, that was definitely a big perk because we are on a long trip.

-We couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine, would be nice if there was a simple traditional Moka pot maker to have an alternative to the machine, it's also environmentally better :/ But I understand the convenience of the coffee machine. -The walls are a bit thin, we could hear someone talking on the phone loudly for a while when we arrived, and then someone watching tv also a bit loudly, but at night it was super peaceful. In the morning people wake up early in the building, so be aware if you want to sleep in, just bring earplugs. *That being said, we would definitely still be happy to stay at this place next time we are in Cagliari. Hope we are welcome next time we are in Sardinia :)*

Wonderful place in a wonderful location, the room is immaculate, very good shower and the table and chairs on the balcony are a great addition to already very wonderful accommodations. The room has a smart tv, AC/Heating, very comfortable bed and the shared kitchen area also has all that you need if you'd like to cook, warm food or keep it cool in the fridge. Many things like coffee, tea, shampoo and shower gels were provided. The host was super friendly and we felt very welcome.

One of the best places I've ever stayed at! Everything is brand new, extremely clean and the location is perfect. The bedroom is bright and airy with a super comfortable large bed along with clean and fresh sheets. Direct access from the bedroom to a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Electric rolling blinds + double glazing + air conditioning when you want to keep the heat out. Big bathroom with a great shower (good pressure, steady temperature). You also have access to a fully equipped communal kitchen with an oven, pots and pans, etc... And a washing machine too! Cherry on the cake: the host is very accommodating and super friendly + great communication via message before check-in time + all the small extras in the room (water, snacks, shampoo/shower gel...) Location is the best: very quiet for sleeping but only about 5 min walk to the main buzzing area of Cagliari's historical town. In 6 words: very clean, comfortable, perfectly located, recommended.
