Honestly ... zero.

Very comfortable room, fabulous views. Excellent breakfast, everything fresh and super tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the 2* Michelin one evening and it was a real treat and experience. Location is perfect, midway between the beach and village square. Our room was cleaned daily. Nerano is quiet but with plenty of options to eat in the evening/during the day. Not at all as hectic as other resort villages along the coast.

It’s a strenuous walk to the nearest shops & restaurants.

Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious with amazing views from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent, special thanks to the gentleman who served us each morning. We had a wonderful experience dining in the restaurant.

Best place on earth! Breakfast is amazing. Staff is awesome and restaurant is in a lovely area with a beautiful view. Cuisine is perfection! The pool and rooms are beautifully done and quite large and they all have lovely views of the sea. Just a 15 minute walk down the hill to the beach. :), :), :) !!!

They were having some staffing problems for the front of house so the owners did their best to communicate but at times it was challenging. It never got in the way as there was always someone who spoke English nearby. The hotel is also a bit out of the way for excursions to Sorrento or Positano or Capri so we needed to hire a car at some expense for those day trips. They did however offer driver access to and from Nerano beach & restaurants for a very nominal charge. We imagine it's a regular hangout for European couples looking for a romantic holiday more than a family spot. If you have a car there are a some parking spaces available for guests.

This boutique Relais is gorgeous. Lush grounds bloom everywhere you look. Each room is uniquely special and immaculately clean with amazing views. The included breakfast was delicious and bountiful with breathtaking views of the ocean on a beautifully tiled open air patio. Dinner is by reservation at the ** Michelin restaurant. The food and service at the restaurant is exceptional in every way and should NOT be missed. They recommend a day at very special local beach club Lido La Perla with a delicious restaurant just 5 minutes from the hotel and also dropped us there and picked us up at the end of our day.

The swimming pool is quite small.

It was beautiful. The staff were amazing, attentive but not obtrusive. Spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely sea views from the terrace and many of the rooms.

The room was spacious and comfortable however a bit humid despite air-con. Only windows are french doors so need to chose between privacy or open windows. Rooms on the second floor might be therefore a better option. Check out process was a bit slow.

View, location and food was amazing. Lovely breakfast, with fresh pastries, juices, bread and charcuterie. If you stay here, you can’t miss the outstanding dinner.
