I’ve stayed 5 nights but after 3 day when I asked to change the towels and the sheets their answer was no .

Location is perfect and the staff are very helpful and kind .

1. the cleaning lady came earlier than the check out time and with me inside was bothering and snooping around. she took away my bed linen and my towel without asking, I told her I actually still needed it and it is too early and I am still entitled to my time here, but she kept taking things away from the room - really annoying! 2. the girl at the bar in the lounge spoke zero italian and when I asked where can I refill my water bottle (I am staying at the hostel so I have to have access to drinkable water, right? and the kitchen is quite hidden and was closed in the evening so I didn't even realise there is one) didn't undrestand a thing and tried to sell me a bottle. I repeated several times in English explaining the thing and then she finally refilled it from the tap. English is Ok but c'mon, basic italian is a must.

What i sadly don't approve on is the bathroom water needs to be fixed. Other than that everything was always clean and calm.and the small closets in the room are not secure enough, one cant close them.

What really exceptional as a Hostel is the very different activities that one can there enjoy and the many places there one can chill in , and ofc least but not last a very decent bar and delicious drinks made with love 😉 and u can order food wich was delicious for a good price, the personal especially the best bartender in Italie nico ,where so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good.

Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about.

The rooms and showers were clean. Some lockers are not in working order - might just have been in my room though. Room felt a little too warm.

The Wifi connection in the room is suck. You have to be in kitchen or common area to get a good wifi connection. Some staffs are great (Thanks, Amin) but there’s some who’s not really helpful, and when you try to clarify or ask about something, they don’t really care about giving a satisfying answer. Basically just giving you an attitude “it is what it is, no question asked”. The location is great, although the hostel should really update the direction on how to get to the hostel. There’s a tram station which is 2 minutes walk away from the hostel, instead of getting off at the Metro station they stated on the hostel description, Crocetta and Porta Romana

I love that the hostel has a shared kitchen for the guests to use to cook and prepare meals. Breakfast is good.

The bed wasn't tidied up every morning.

The hotel location is near the tram stop (5 minutes by walk) and tram station (15 minutes by walk). The bunk beds don't have any curtain or cover. Yet, the room is spacious, though the lockers are small. For breakfast they provided some kind of cereals, plain bread, and standard drink options (milk, coffee, juice, water, tea). The kitchen area was quite small, so in the morning the room will be full of guests who queuing to grab their breakfast. Limited seat as well.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible, causing neck and back pain.

Locker is a bit too small. A lot of noise can be made while moving. Lack of privacy curtains.

Everything.the staff was friendly. The place was clean and they cleaned it daily. The free breakfast was a bonus. The daily even entertainment was very entertaining. Great place to meet people and make friends. Highly recommend

You can hear everything from the room nearby. A few guests were extremely noisy during late hours.

Great hostel. Lively bar with different activities every day. Amazing staff and private room with bathroom perfect for those looking for a mix of hostel vibes and privacy.

- You must buy a lock (~3€) or bring your own to lock your stuff. Locker must be small to fit. - the tap water in the ladies bathroom comes with such a high preassure that everything becomes wet, it is hard to wash hands/face. I hope they will fix this. - no dishwasher. People are washing dishes themselves. Therefore, I rewashed everything myself before eating. - Although location is good, it could be closer to the city centre.

- Staff was wery friendly and kind, available all time. - Bedsheets nice and clean. - Easy to reach location. Take a tram #9 from Central station and tram #16 to the Duomo. The tram stops are few steps from property. Or just walk 20 min to Duomo. - Free breakfast. It is not very rich, but all you need to start your day: cereals, jam, toasts with ham and cheese., apples, coffee. You may cook yourself at any time. - Rooms are quite. Even during the party i didn't hear any sound. - Bathrooms are being cleaned regularly. - Good drinks in the bar. - no problem to leave the luggage before or after checkin.
