Communication with owner took a while sometimes . There was some mold by the window, which made it hard for my asthmatic husband.

The beds were super uncomfortable :/ very tough to get a good nights sleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when they could be. Language was definitely a barrier but we got the gist of it :) the location was great as it was very central and everything was relatively close. The farthest thing was the Vatican but we didn’t mind the walk! It feels very local for a stay as I believe it’s in a complex. Honestly it felt a little sketchy at first but that feeling was put to rest soon. The people were truly lovely and it felt very safe. I wouldn’t ever leave anything important in the room anywhere I’d stay, but I do not feel as though anything was at risk here. It’s a great stay especially for the price! There was also a great bakery 30 seconds down the street, a convenient shop and so many restaurants close by.

There was no host only the cleaners who took care of everything. It was a bit frustrating when we arrived cause there was no information how to enter the room. There was a smell of mold which is something that it's everywhere in Rome but okay. Be careful when you book room some rooms do not have wc but there is a shared toilet. Terrible wifi service in the room better service in the kitchen area

Nice and cozy room. It felt more like a bnb rather than hotel or suites. There was no host. The place was very close to the metro and approximately 15' walking from the Fontana di trevi. The breakfast was as shown in the pictures small variety of everything. The cleaners speak no English but they where very helpful using Google translate.

Luckily, there was a quiet neighbor in the next room - the walls are very thin. City tax must be paid to the staff and is only accepted in cash. ATMs nearby charge commissions.

Great breakfast! Coffee, milk, toasts, ham, cheese, juice, jam, flakes, butter, buns... Perfect location in the city - between Termini station and Villa Borghese park. Trevi is just a 10-minute walk away.

The matelas was very hard. There was no heater in the room. The check out ( 10 am) is a little to early. You need some information to check in. You can get the information just before arriving.

A very nice neightborhoud. A former Palazzo. The room is ok. Very quiet and central locates. A bakery, a superstore and many restaurants in the neightborhood. The Fillpine Hospita was very helpfull and speaks very well English. She was very helpfull and solved all the problems and givr us lot of information. She serves breakfast starting from 7.30 instead of 8. A very nice and cosy stay. Good breakfast. You can leave the lugage after check oiut in the kitchen and pick it up later. The owner himself and his wife speak only Italian. Fortunately, the Fillipine hospita speaks very well English.

Instructions are not in English so it was difficult to find the door. The breakfast is from 8-9.30 and not appetizing the fruits are old, hams frozen. In short they're not fresh. They served the same leftovers since we arrived until we left. There's no warm food served except the coffee. Lucky there's a coffee shop nearby I had my breakfast there they're more friendly and happy to serve. Very poor wifi connection. The room is dusty.

Well the rooms door definitely need to be changed for real doors providing real isolation from the corridor (from light and noise, we rented two rooms). Being waking up by other client entering the place (of course, idiot thinking they are alone in the place) is annoying, but anyway, you will ear them from the main entrance if your sleep is light. Not to mention the light in the corridor that stay light on (because the same people can't switch it off, too complicated for them) passing between the gap of the door and it's frame. New doors and automatically lighting are definitely needed ( as it is already existing for the main entrance).

Amazing location, you can do all main places walking if you are fit to do so. Everybody we meet their were friendly and very nice. Room were clean and confortable

The location was good and nearby the metro and bus terminals. Breakfast selection was nice and the host allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout. There was an elevator for those with luggage and felt very secure.

The room was small for 3 people, we didn’t have much space to move and handle our baggages. The cleaning ladies were knocking the doors waking us up every morning at 9-9.30. One of them was being rude. It would be better if there was a “do not disturb” option.

Excellent location, it has 2 different metro stations nearby plus Termini station in 1km. The neighbourhood is very safe, the check in and check out procedure is very accurate and easy. The woman in charge was very kind. After checking out were able to leave our baggages and come back later to pick them up.

The insulation of the Room door was poor and we could hear other clients going in and out.

The cleaning personel which also was responsible for the Reception was very kind. Although he did not speak english he managed to explain everything in a very gentle manner. The Room was nice and comfortable.

I thought I was booking a 'suite' in a Hotel. There were several hotels on Via Firenze. This was not a hotel but a B&B in an apartment building. It was on the floor labelled '1 1/2'. The lift, thus my luggage didn't go there. The bed had no mattress. I spent a sleepless night on a box spring, replete with wooden slats. I like a firm mattress but ooooh.
