We booked this hotel because it was close to the beach but hadn't realised that there's not much of a beach around and what there is is rocky.. Everything was nice but it is pricey! No kettle or anything for a cup of tea in the room, was disappointing.

Hotel was clean, staff were very accommodating and helpful. I hadn't realised the "room" I had booked was a large suite! Good clean toilet with excellent shower pressure. Staff were very accommodating with breakfast and let us leave our luggage after we checked out so we could enjoy the rest of the day.

The room could have done with a mirror. I like the vintage style of the room as it keeps with the tradition but an extra mirror is needed

Possibly the best place where you can stay when in Naples. Everything has been just perfect, from the view to the food. However, what really made the difference was the level of service that was just outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay with our infant baby, and I will definitely return next time I am in Naples.

Air conditioning not as effective in breakfast room but with all doors and windows open it couldn’t be helped. There were fans used to try and maintain air flow. Not really a negative as everywhere else in Naples was the same and as long as it worked well in the room to sleep (which it did) it was not a problem and it was August in the middle of a European heatwave.

Location was perfect out of the city noise and hustle. It was a little off grid but for Naples was a plus point. The view of mt Vesuvius was lovely from our room and the restaurant. Lovely place to sit and have drinks right at the waters edge, watching the boats bob in the small harbour. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple continental style but good quality. Room was basic but everything you needed, air con, beds were comfortable and bathroom clean with lots of toiletries, toothbrushes, razors sewing kit as well as all the usual shower gels etc.

Lovely fresh breakfast each morning. The hotel food was exceptional. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a 10 min walk from public transport however the location made the hotel feel more special.

The bed. Very hard uncomfortable mattress. The bed head was a really bad design. Jutted out above the bed so if you weren't careful you banged your head on it when sitting up or lying down. Also only one side table and the only power socket close to the bed was in the middle of the bedhead.

We chose this hotel because it seemed to be one of the nicer/safer spots in Naples as a base to visit Amalfi, Positano etc and it definitely was when compared to the rest of Naples. Short walk to catch the ferry. Air conditioning was really good and the view of the harbour was great. Good shower and daily housekeeping. Breakfast was quite nice. Staff were readily available, friendly and helpful.

Single beds a really single :). All hotels should just have a crispy white bed topping. The blue themed bedspreads are just old school but that's being critical. One night was too little.

Great view of the sea, marina and mt vesuvius, many restaurants and bars around on the marina island. We did not hear them even though they were going till 4 am. The hotel bar and restaurant were good. We walked up the road and had tapas at a Tee Office restaurant which was great. We had the local Biancolella wine from Ischia (Mazzella), the best white wine in the world! The hotel has awesome external blinds controlled by a remote switch.

everything was great.

The staff make this hotel an amazing place to stay. they are all super friendly, and helpful. the location is super cool. out our window we could see mt Vesuvius on one side and the city on the other. the restaurant is fantastic. I’m the morning you can see the mussels and oysters coming up from the boats right next to the hotel.
