For some reason one night there was no hot water in the shower. It was too later to call someone and not essential for me, probably the staff/owner can help you fix it.

Great location, very close to the metro that can take you anywhere. Also a bus stop is nearby. The place is clean, nice thing that you can take some snacks for quick breakfast and always have water in your accommodation. Bathroom is separated from your room, but it is clean and has everything you need. Great price for Milan, comfortable bed.

But it was very very COLD. Radiators were cold. Sound isolation is very poor, you can hear another person in another room snoring.

The room was clean, the bathroom also okay, a lot of towels. The metro station was near. Only 15 minutes by foot until you reach Milan train station. We did not get to meet Stefano (apartment owner) but staff was friendly.

The accommodation is near metro stop Piola, room and external bathroom was big and clean. The breakfast room was available during all time, if you like small sweet breakfast /like yoghurt with cereal or croissant/ it was sufficient. Kind staff and also great communication with Stefano. Highly recommend this accommodation! :)

parking around is not easy. the switch lights were at the hall, outside the bathroom and bedroom.

super friendly welcome, they helped with parking, carrying luggage upstairs, super supportive. the bathroom and the bedroom were big, freshly renovated. open access to kitchen and breakfast room at any time. good Wi-Fi signal.

In the restroom there were quite a few problems, like in the shower there is no place to put the showerhead it just hangs there. The shower curtain was old and dirty. Also the toilet paper holder was broken so we had to find a place for the paper and the hairdryer was also broken. The breakfast was nice but very few options, for example something salty to make a sandwich would be good..

The breakfast was available all the time, so it was okay that we had to leave quite early. The host was a kind and helpful man. There is public transport stops nearby amd also some small shops.

The light switch for the room is, oddly enough, outside the room.

Located in the centre of Citta degli Studi, which actually means close to many reasonably priced bars and restaurants that offer quality food and drink, and also a supermarket. A renovated student hall of residence (or student apartment block). Building might be old but is fully functional and rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast included! Quite close to downtown Milan but also away from the noisiness of downtown, plus the metro and numerous bus, trolley and tramlines serving the area actually "nullify" the distance.

There was no sink/basin near the dining area. The water cooker needed cleaning. Breakfast could have been better. We searched for some milk, but there was none..

Our flight was delayed so we couldn't make it at 00:00 for the check-in. However, Stefano was very kind to stay later and wait for us. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless clean. Great location next to the center of the city. Coffee and breakfast in the morning was much appreciated.
