The accommodation was very good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as my flight got delayed and I rang about arriving after 11 pm and there was someone there to give me my key. I didn't have to pay the charge as a result. There was a €20 fee a city charge I had to pay for city charges which I didn't know about it is five euro a night. I take it you pay on arrival. The room was very modern and clean with a bathroom beside the room. The room wasn't small either for one person. The location was very convenient, I would recommend the Trastevere train stop for going to and from Fiumicino Airport and Rome City Centre. The hotel is very close to the train stop. The train is cheap aswell to Roma termini think paid only euro or two and to the airport is reasonable enough. Roma Termini station can be challenging to find the underground metro from where you get off the train to get to the Colosseum etc but once you get the hang of it it is ok. The breakfast was six euro daily. The options were cereal, fruit, toast some cake and one or two other things. There wasn't a variety every day but I didn't mind as I wasn't staying for very long. Overall I would recommend this place to stay for a solo or couples stay to Rome.

Just a small improvement on the shower as not much water was coming out of it.

The hotel is good and had a good structure. It was my birthday and I’ve got an unexpected room upgrade and in the room it was decorated, so kind and thoughtful of their part. Staff was super kind and helpful. The location is great next to Transtevere station. We had a good experience :)

In all exceeded my expectations. Basic room with no extra amneties but very clean and functional room. So no big complains. Doors are thin so this may annoy you if you light sleeper or otherwise borhered by noisy neighbors. Maybe property could offer complimentary high end ear plugs for willing customers. (Seen this practise in some locations in noisy places)

Very noisy when people came in in the middle of the night, would of been good for the night receptionist to ask people to be quiet as they came in. Woken up on multiple nights with this problem, people speaking loudly in the corridors.

Lovely friendly and knowledgeable man at reception when we arrived, gave us lots of advice of good places to go. Nice room with a bathroom. Close to the tram and train station.

It would be more comfortable if the heater is warmer since the floor is made of cement so it makes the room is cool all the time

The location is nearby the train station and local supermarket including the local coffee shop. The room is clean with a good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful they waited for our late at night arrival because our plane was delayed to get there almost 3 am in the morning.

I recently stayed at a hotel and was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The edges of the bed were sharp metal, on which I scratched my knees. The surfaces looked like they hadn't been properly wiped down, and inder the bad was pretty dusty!. The bathroom also had some lingering odors, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Overall, while the hotel may have potential, attention to detail in cleaning needs improvement for a more comfortable stay.

It was clean and comfy. Not far from the sightseeing places. Near to travestere station where you can get direct train to the airport. There is also bus and tram station as well. By walk it took 20-30 minutes to the centre.Staff were helpful,nice and responsive.

The room was so dusty - when I checked-out and saw my clothes, the darker ones were almost white. The shared bathroom was nice and clean - I would only appreciate “a closed shower” because when I took the shower, the water was everywhere and I had to clean the water on the floor later - it was like a swimming pool. :)

The breakfast was perfect, staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s one of the cheapest hotels in Rome (with a reachable location) so overall I was satisfied. The shared bathroom was nice and clean.

Guests don’t have the keyto the building but have to ring a doorbell. So when your room is on the 7th floor next to the reception desk you will be kept awake by the constant sound of the doorbell.

The doors were too thin, so we were able to hear everything in the rooms next to us, and clearly the staff is not telling the people to be quiet in the mornings because of this issue, so I needed to do it by myself.

It was challenging to set a nice warm water in the shower as it is boiling hot or freezing cold, no middle state and it is changing all the time. The hotel is on 7-8 floors, so it is not a free standing building, and we were asked to leave the key at the reception. Beds were different. Some had a soft mattress, one had a plain spring one which was uncomfortable.

Good and clean small hotel with perfect location. We just took a direct train from the airport and 7 mins walk from the train station. Small, but just enough for the price you are paying per night. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast for an extra €6 is nice (yogurts, cereals, sandwiches, eggs and beverages with pastries)

Bathroom was a little bit old but it was not big problem for me.

Staffs were very friendly and kind. Location was very good, it took less than 10 min from nearest station and 5 min from the bus stop. It was easy to access to centre of Roma. Also supermarket was next to this hotel, it was easy to get some foods or drinks there.

Location was not optimal for walking, we had to take 1 bus minimum to get to our destinations every day. A minor inconvenience: shower water temperature would fluctuate sometimes.

Clean room, daily cleaning, friendly staff, they let us leave our baggage there on check-in and check-out day.

Only, when I did reservation on booking, I read toilet in room, shared bathroom. And I understanded that our room will have got a toilet, and haven't got a bathroom, we will use shared bathroom. But also toilet was shared. There is a just situation is this. I would like the toilet was be in our room. That's all.

Personnels are so kind, helpful, cheerful. When we accommodation in hotel, usually I asked on whatsupp to personnels many question about travel city, and they fastish returned and answered. Hotel is quiet, peaceful and very clean. I loved so much this hotel.
