The rooms had no air-con despite high temperatures, and they were unable to do anything about it as air-con didn't come into use until the following week ! The rooms had no facility for making tea/ coffee which we Brits generally enjoy.

This hotel was well located - easily found and close to the Aberobello Trulli zone which everyone would want to see. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. They have a good pool which we used for swimming or just sun-bathing. When our flight home was delayed they readily gave us access to pool and the lounge to while away the last day which we appreciated hugely.

The over all decor of the hotel and rooms are a little out dated.

Gorgeous pool and terrace area- unfortunately it was raining. The building is partially an Trulli which is very cool! Breakfast did the trick, nothing fancy but filled us up. They accommodated our road bikes and luggage transfers.

The swimming pool area was huge with plenty of lounge chairs and very clean. The hotel was near Alberobello which we wanted to visit.

The double bed was two single beds pushed together. The air conditioning was old and quite noisy, and came on and off throughout the night. The shower was adequate but involved stepping in and out of a bath rather than being walk-in. The bar was poorly stocked.

There was a reasonable choice of breakfast options. The room was reasonably spacious. The hotel was in a quiet area and it was pleasant to sit outside or around the pool for a drink. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a festival occurring near by and it was so loud. Not the hotels fault but it made it very hard to go to bed with music blaring until 1am. There was no sound insulation. Also the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room. Only in the reception area. I was in a room at the end of the hall and it cut out by the time I was half way down the hallway

I asked for an iron, which I was given very quickly but it DIDN'T work and considering that the iron is a very essential and basic necessity for a three stars hotel to have. Also, even thought the pool was very nice, the train tracks are very close to the hotel so you could see the train passing from the pool a few times a day, which can be a nuisance to some.

The Hotel was overall good, close to the trulli. We particularly liked the pool, it was comfortable to lounge there duing the morning or late in the afternoon since Alberobello does not have the sea nearby, and with the high temperatures during the day the pool was ideal. The breakfast was ok, but we didn't like the coffee.

The air conditioner wasn't cooling the air in the room and in the canteen. It worked but provide only noise and wind.

I will not return

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a supposedly 4-star hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the outdated facilities to the underwhelming breakfast and unusable swimming pool, it was quite disappointing. While the staff was generally polite and accommodating, their service did little to compensate for the hotel's overall shortcomings. It seemed as though they were doing their best within the limitations set by the hotel's management, but it was clear that the establishment lacked the dedication to meet the expectations of a 4-star rating.

Clean & great we were on ground level. Easy access, fabulous pool area. Close enough to walk to Trulli old town, but we drove. Breakfast was fine, staff were lovely .

Close to the historic Trullo centre, only about 8 minute walk, lots of restaurants and bars there - all easily accessible. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, lots of choice, the pool and surround are lovely and were never crowded when I was there. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The restaurant evening meal was a set menu with little choice and quite plain nothing special. Rather expensive.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and pleasant. Would recommend. A pleasant place to stay. Breakfast was the normal continental with reasonable choice.

This place was very nice indeed. A bit of the beaten track in Alberobello, but a ten minute walk to the old houses isn’t that bad. Room was big enough, all good there. Staff friendly and good at English as well. Breakfast was nice and copious. All in all a good experience.
