Bruno runs a incredible property! The best location near people square. You can go to the most popular places by walk. The room is clean and modern, with everything you want. He always provides more things than you need, like drinks, towel and shampoo ~ Breakfast is fresh and yummy. You can eat it on the balcony. So lucky to choose rarity suites as my home in Roma.

Rarity Suites is a boutique accommodation, with excellent and highly personalised service from manager Bruno. From the great breakfast, to the suggestions for things to see in the area of Rome, and suggestions for restaurants, it was excellent. Our room was spacious, very well presented, and our bed was very comfortable.and the roof top common area was great as well (even if the Rome weather did not co-operate).

Nothing. It was all good.

We stayed there from September 5th to 10th. Our flight arrived late on September 5th and the owner, Bruno, checked us in when we arrived and had a nice light dinner prepared for us (there was no charge for that on final bill). Bruno is a super nice guy and he made us feel like we are at a best friend's house and not at a hotel. He is very knowledgeable of things to do and places to go in Rome and he gave us some wonderful pointers and information. Besides that, the place is beautiful, charming, has lots of history and character, super clean, and super well located, and the breakfast is excellent. Will definitely stay there next time we are in beautiful Rome. Thank you Bruno for making our stay very memorable.

Huge room (Suite) decorated to perfection! Gigantic patio with views to Piazza Popolo! Air conditioning, coffee maker in room,mini bar with cold drinks gratis. Bruno is an exceptional host and you can tell that he loves to host and also loves Rome and is very knowledgeable! When we told him that we did not drink Coke zero, he brought three bottles of regular coke and put them in our personal refrigerator that afternoon. There are always sweet and savory snacks in the kitchen area along with wine, cold drinks and tea and coffee. Breakfast is included and is exceptional! Just let Bruno know your preference and he will try to provide it. Bruno marked on an excellent map different locations to see art works that we never would have known about.He also gave us an extensive list of restaurants, self guided walking tours, bars and cafes in the area. If I am ever in Rome again I will definitely stay here! I have stayed at more expensive hotels that did not have this level of service and care. They could take a page from Bruno's book on hospitality!

Nothing, my parents loved this place.

Everything! I booked this hotel for my parents. A very delayed birthday present for my mum. I went by the reviews and I'm happy to say they were all 100%. Bruno was amazing from the start to the end. His kindness, friendliness and his way of making you feel welcome is wonderful. The correspondence and information was quick and clear and he even sent links on where to book for different sites for their journey. My parents had the best time ever and felt very welcome and cared for, a home from home they said. The breakfast and suits were 10/10! They enjoyed the terrace and the closeness to all great sites. They speak very highly about Bruno and his hotel and will definitely go back.

From the kindness and availability of Bruno -who takes care of all clients with a genuine, friendly while professional, and warm attitude- to the place itself and its terrace, and the amazing view, and the location, in the heart of the Eternal City. Very nice suites with a good breakfast and good hospitality.. feels like home. Free upgrade to a room with view overlooking Piazza del Popolo.. location is a 10 ! High level of privacy.

I traveled with my sister and had a wonderful time. We loved the location, the suites themselves and equally, the management. Bruno is THE best - he went out of his way to help us feel wecome by arranging airport transport, advising on how to maximize our time in Rome (with a range of experiences depending on what you are looking to achieve), making a delicious breakfast spread each morning and much more. And, for a first time traveler to Rome, the rooftop welcome reception not only informative but incredibly charming, leaving a lasting impression. When I return to Rome, I will stay here again!

There is very little to not like. Pricing is high, but that may have more to do with market than brunos pricing.

Bruno was a wonderful host. Probably the best I've ever experienced He has thought of so many small touches that make the stay so much more enjoyable. One example, motorized blackout shades.. there are many more. It was very clean as well. Very good location.

Fantastic, individually decorated suite with a private terrace on a rooftop in the heart of Rome with the best location and wonderful, personalized hospitality. It had everything we wanted to have a lovely stay in Rome. The rooftop terrace has a magnificent view and ot's a few minutes walk from the Piazzs del Popolo and the Spanish stairs. We especially appreciated the very warm welcoming from the owner family with great guidance on places to visit and the best neighbouring restaurants. Also, the owner went out of his way to arrange for a nice breakfast for us even though we had to leave before regular breakfast hours. I can highly recommend a stay here, you will surely not be disappointed. And we will returm!

I cannot think sth spacific, maybe the curtains but there are electronic shutters so just ''for the eye''.

Just at the center of Rome, 4 days just walking. Hostage Bruno very friendly and willing to help in anything. Upgrade from his side. Spacious and clean appartment with good breakfast and nice bathroom.
