Not being able to park close to the establishment but that is how it is in small towns in Italy.

Th location was ideal. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the breakfast chef was personable, friendly attentive and kind! Our host went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. He even mailed a package we left behind to our next destination and did not charge us! Great customer relations!!

The location, the rooms and the staff were excellent. The rooms very clean and comfortable, we were made to feel more than at home by the staff. The breakfast was exceptional. They went out of of their way to give us a warm Sicilian welcome, in the most beautiful surroundings of the ancient city of Sciacca. I would recommend this lovely place to anyone.

Location of the mini-fridge and the sky-light in the bathroom could be different, but I think these are structural issues and hard to change (at best, there could be something added to cover the sky-light during the day, but this would be really over the top). Very very little to be improved.

Amazing breakfast, amazing rooms, amazing facilities, amazing shower, amazing little design details in the rooms but throughout the hotel.

OMG Giuseppe and his manager Francis were the best of hosts. What a special place this is. A beautifully renovated property with a distinct nod to the past and yet modern and minimalist at the same time. I loved everything about this hotel. Francis bakes cakes for the breakfast which is fabulous we used the spa, sauna and steam room for a few euros extra and this was a lovely clean set up. The location is central to everything.

Great boutique hotel in the old town. We stayed in the beautiful and spacious superior suite for two nights. Giuseppe was fantastic and very helpful in arranging parking, tours etc. Francis was wonderful and made us the most delicious breakfast each morning.

We had a slight mishap with the AC but the technician was due to come in the following day - so that's just bad timing and weather getting warmer earlier in the year. Truly nothing to impact our experience there.

What a spot! This palazzo is beyond beautiful... Its design and architecture make it so worth it. Everything is extremely well thought through and done with such great taste!! The room was extremely spacious, beautifully redecorated with a focus on restoring its original beauty while adding a bit more modern design to it. Giuseppe was amazing - very helpful, super friendly, lively and chatty. He went out of his way to make sure we'd get the most out of our stay (including dinner recommendations and reservations) and we are very grateful for that. The breakfast was great - everything was fresh (fruit from the market) or home-made by a lovely lady that same morning (cakes and pastries) or on the spot (eggs and the like)

Small building with few rooms very well renovated. The SPA handled as a private SPA. This is amazing and unplayable. Including the glass of wine and the suites.

We had a wonderful stay at Regina Bianca. Guiseppe and his team gave us a warm welcome. They were always ready to help with recommendations on what to see and how to get there. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and homemade. Beautiful room and a nice terasse on the roof.

Guiseppe was an amazing host - great communication and very helpful. The hotel itself - amazing! Our room, the butterfly room, was outstanding and a room like this anywhere else in mainland Italy would be 3 to 4 times this price. The breakfasts were out of this world with 4-6 freshly baked cakes every day. Outstanding and will stay again.

We stumbled upon this place and were so pleased with it. The building is beautiful, our room was fantastic and the spa was great. Guiseppe and Francy were brilliant - very friendly and accommodating (the breakfast of homemade orange cake, homemade pastries and pancakes (and more) was amazing). Would highly recommend to stay here.

We loved everything.

Everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous. giuseppe did everything to make sure our stay was extremely special. The spa was fantastic, we had an amazing stay during one of our last nights in Sicily on our honeymoon. The breakfast cooked by Francis was so special. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This is just part of an ancient city, but be warned that there is no way to drive a car up to the property’s front door—best to go by taxi or, if driving, have your partner wait with the car on the flat street about 10 meters down the steep narrow street where the front door is. Google Maps can’t really get you there because it has no idea how steep and narrow and, in some cases, literally impassable some of the streets are. You can utilize public parking for around 8 euros a day, but you have to pay (at the nearby tabacchi) twice, buying 4 one-euro tickets to put on your dashboard (including at 8am, the start of the next day) and it’s a bit of a walk. Ah, travel!

We loved the blend of very old and very new in this boutique hotel and spa. The renovations are creative, cutting edge and thoughtful in terms of comfort for guests. The staff was lovely, the room beautifully appointed and the bed very comfortable. There is also a full-service spa that we didn’t have time to take advantage of.

Room is a cave and smells like it. Towels smells bad. Not clear from booking description that sauna has an extra charge and it comes with a spa package.

The charging for basic spa facilities on top of the cost of a massage - in addition to the cost of the room for three nights felt a bit much. Would've expected those and Turkish bath facilities included.

Staff were very pleasant and the hotel clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty.
