Nothing! Everything was perfect!

This hotel is amazing! It far exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect, from the size of the room and bathroom, comfort of the bed, toiletries, etc. As if it was enough that the place was already perfect, the staff is even better! The communication was fast, through WhatsApp, and helped us with many great tips to visit and enjoy Florence! Their instructions and help with restaurants suggestions and reservations is from another world! One of the best hotel experience that we had so far! On our next visit in Florence we will stay here again!

Excellent location. The high end aesthetic , tastefully furnished. Teresa and Fatima were excellent hosts providing great communication and advice and for arranging departure transport. Air conditioning and a lift are big bonuses.

Nothing I can think of that we did not like. Only thing to mention on one night we did hear voices from the street due to construction and partying people which in my opinion very normal and expected for a busy city. It did not impact our sleeping.

We have stayed 2 night in Relais Condotta with my partner and this was a perfect stay for us. Location and the staff were the highlights of the stay. Teresa and Inga were both amazing hosts, they have been very friendly and welcoming to us. I have been sick on the second day and they have done everything they can do. They have even sent out a text to check on me after we checked out. The room is at the heart of Piazza della Signoria and walking distance to the all landmarks. Train station is also at the 12-15 mins walking distance. Check in was without a problem and instructions were very clear to enter the building. We were greeted by Teresa who also provided suggestions for drinks and dinner. Room was spacious and very clean, bathroom was brand new and there were snacks, water complimentary in the room. Also the bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The facility also has an elevator which is very rare in Italy stays overall.

The room was spacious, clean and bright and the property is in a very central location. The hosts/staff, Teresa and Fatima were very friendly and welcoming and were kind enough to leave a gift in the room for my birthday!

The location is perfect. Very close to everything you would like to do yet quiet for sleeping. The hosts Fatima and Teresa were so very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They made our stay more enjoyable.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and in a perfect location close to everywhere. The staff Fatma was so helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We will choose to stay here again the next time we are in Florence.

The room would benefit from additional clothes storage space, also please bear in mind that most UK residents can not live a meaningful life without real fresh milk in their tea! UHT (ultra high temperature processed) milk taste absolutely dreadful in tea, if a 1/2 litre carton of real fresh cows milk could be available in the room fridge, UK resident guest’s pleasure would at least triple. In the meantime please purchase your fresh milk prior to arrival and pop it straight in the fridge.

Stylish, immaculately clean, comfortable, steaming hot water always available on demand, plenty of towels, soap, slippers, hair / body wash, cosy warm controllable radiators with separate programmable air conditioning unit in each room, kettle, decent size fridge, good sized TV, efficient WiFi and easy to use secure safe. The location is superb right in the middle of the ancient town of Florence surrounded by lots of cafes, cosy restaurants and lots of quality retailers including most high fashion brands. Teresa and Inga are fantastic reception staff, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, they could not have done more to make my stay most enjoyable - thank you both again!!!

-checkin method; we were repeatedly asked on arrival time even though the room was paid -mobile photo taking of our documents.. -cash payment only of city tax -shower opens from main head above you and you have to change it to shower telephone everytime.

The room was perfectly clean and tidy. Lots of nice amenities in the room just like a hotel. Clean and comfortable bedding and towels. Very spacious room. Beautiful ceiling affresque. Location was amazing, right in the city centre.

The dark entryway on the bottom floor to get to and from the elevator and the firmness & split of the mattress.

We loved the room decor, the old painted ceiling, the clean & modern bathroom, large tv, and the ample space for all of our things and activities.
