Nothing, there is even a small lift of people can’t manage the stairs

Lovely property in a great location - very quiet and comfortable inside and we all slept well. Sami and all of the staff went out of their way to look after us. Will recommend to others and would love to stay there again!

The room wasn’t cleaned very good- there was a lot of dust on nightstands and closet.

The water temperature of the shower kept changing to very cold. The soundproofing of the room was not great (we could hear the room next door and our room was facing the courtyard with a lot of noice from the vents).

We liked the location of the hotel, it allowed us to do everything on foot ! The staff was very nice, giving a lot of advice and being very helpful. The room was very nice.

Noisy. Starting from 7:30 am I heard clinking of plates and cutlery as the breakfast space was right outside our door. Not ideal for those who want to sleep in. Also we were quite unlucky with extremely noisy guests in the room next door, I mean young men with low voices on the calls with their friends until small hours...

Wonderful location for a weekend stay, just in the heart of Rome! Easy walk to most of the attractions plus such cool people watching in the area. Room nicely furnished, bright and quite spacious. Very friendly staff!

The shower was so cold in our room, we hope they can fix the thermostat. And watch out with the step down when you enter the room. I missed my step and fell.

The location was great for shopping. we truly enjoyed this part of the city. These sites were very close: Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Piazza del Poppolo.

There were coffee facilities in the room, but we didn't have cups to drink coffee and the water had low pressure. We could also hear the noise from the main street in the night and the pillows were not comfortable for us.

Great location and Samanta's kindness and willingness to assist helped our stay, also the smiley lady in the breakfast area, she was very helpful.

If I had to scrape to say something, I think the AC goes off in the middle of the night, but I am not sure. Maybe more sound proofing between the bathrooms? I head a woman in there coughing up a storm and wondered if the bathroom pipes connect (re COVID).

Just a great, fun, pretty boutique hotel in the middle of Rome's splendor.

The wifi could use some improvement. We experienced slow speeds and unstable connection and ended up purchasing an eSIM with a data plan that worked much better.

The location is perfect! 5 minutes walk from Spagna metro station (Piazza di Spagna, Spanish steps) and about 25-35 minutes walk to major sites such as the Colosseum, Forum, Vatican and Pantheon. The room we had was spacious, clean, with a great shower and amazing air conditioning. The front desk staff and small dining area server were very helpful and engaging. They answered all our questions and gave us recommendations for restaurants and transportation.

Not good sound insulation - always you hear sound of the main street. Not so clean. Bathroom leaks. Not so extensive breakfast - better to opt without breakfast and eat outside

Great location. Whole Rome is easily acceptable by foot from the hotel. close to metro station. So many choices for good restaurants near by. Very close to Spanish steps - 3min, Trevi fountain - 8min. Recommended but with some missing points

Absolutely nothing!

Location, location, locaaation! This Boutique hotel is located in the main shopping area near the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Really awesome area for families to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and Helpful, shout out to Samantha at reception. The room was a good size for a party of four and very clean with an excellent shower. We will absolutely return to Relais next time we come to Rome.
