We got a different room than what we reserved. They said we were upgraded but the room had the bedroom upstairs and not convenient to take luggage up there. Shower was tiny, bed blankets were dirty, there were stains on the sofa and the chair and it took almost two hours to get the tv and internet to work.

The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices.

The breakfast wasn’t as good as reviews had said, so we were a little disappointed. But still a very good breakfast!

Our room was absolutely incredible! It was huge, we had so much space, it was super clean.

Breakfast was fantastic and location is excellent too. As a bonus there is local market just asid of the hotel you should not miss if you are interested with local shops etc. Room was very comfortable and quite. Staff are extremely helpful to make your stay unforgettable . Ceiling of breakfast room is amazing yuou feel yourself in the museum :-)

The rooms overlooking the street are very noisy. It is true that there are double windows so it is perfectly silence once closed but I am used to sleep with open window

The only thing to comment on here is maybe it was a little too close to the action. Being on via toledo it is busy and we were here off peak. This is not the hotels fault. Price wise, it was very good value for money and we were very happy with our stay in Naples.

The room was terrific. High ceilings and space for everything. Location was excellent in regards to walking everywhere and breakfast was lovely. Staff super friendly and helpful. Made reservations for us and ordered taxi when needed.

Everything about Relais Della Porta was wonderful! Beautiful rooms, great atmosphere, SAFE, delicious breakfast, EXCELLENT hospitality, great location and great value. Relais Della Porta is an excellent choice for your stay in Napoli.

Staff very friendly and always helpful! Location of hotel can be a little tricky to find as there is no "front door" of the hotel from the street. TIP: if arriving by taxi, ask your driver to go down Via Toledo and drop you off across the road from KFC. Breakfast was excellent, wide range and good quality. Good value overall!
