Rooms are little basic in comparison to the property which is wow. Internet is terrible or not there at all. There is just one fancy restaurant so if you want to have a meal outside you better have a car. I didn’t really like their vine tour much it was very basic for 60 euros. I would have used that money to buy a bottle of their vine instead.

The view of the property of the wineyards from the room and the property is amazinggggg. Breakfast spread is great. Their wine is amazing. They also give you a free vine in your room when you arrive.

Good and peaceful location near to Florence with rustic rooms. The staff is very lovely and attentive and made our stay even better. The restaurant Tre Rane is exceptional and everything we had there was very good. Would also recommend a wine tasting tour.

Ilse was fantastic and was extremely accommodating from the jump helping us organise our restaurant and wine tour bookings for our stay. She also let us know of the lack of taxis in town and offered to help us book one a day in advance prior to departure. The staff (apologies we missed their names)were very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Food was amazing, especially Tre Rane for dinner. The pools view of the vineyard, so good. Shoutouts to Ange for the informative winetour and Lorenzo who looked after us for both lunch and dinner.

a very comfortable and relaxing stay, great location for day trips. very comfortable bed and nice room, pool was wonderful. tip: go to the enoteca to get wine by the pool. highly recommend a night at the restaurant and the wine tour. truly beautiful property, top notch.

Served mainly only wine alcoholic beverage. No opportunity to buy a cold beer, would have been nice to purchase a specialist beer brewed in the local area of Tuscany. Cocktails mediocre Costs of food and alcohol high price point. Portion of food served at dinner small.

Nice location and hotel (old villa), very good wine! The staff was very very polite and helpfull!!! Pool in the hotel area. Nice music event on Friday with piano! The hotel restaurant was excellent!!! Just buy some bottles of wine and oliveoil from this place!

Unfortunately due to the recent flooding in the area the pool wasn't open for our stay, but this didn't impact our enjoyment at all.

The personal touch throughout was incredible, it felt like staff couldn't do enough to help us. The food was absolutely incredible too, attentive service and great recommendations. Naturally, the wine stole the show though!

The staff considered every detail of the stay, helped coordinate a tour of the winery and presented breakfast in a breathtaking, majestic vaulted ceiling dining room reserved for our group alone. Really made us feel like Italian royalty for a day without the pretentiousness of some other wineries in the area.

their reservation system. would be nice if they offered reservations to their guests first upon booking for tours and lunch/dinner. it was frustrating that we couldn’t do a tour or have lunch at the place we were staying at since they were booked up already during the days we were there

Everything! The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and the wine was superb. We even took a tour there which I highly recommend (they left the bottles to us at the end to finish...I wish more wineries did this!). Very clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Excellent honeymoon spot.
