We had an extraordinary pleasant stay for a weekend. The staff was very nice and the view from the breakfast area was incredible! (breakfast was perfect too). The room was big, clean and comfortable. The hotel has its own very fine restaurant and there are another restaurant and a pizzeria 2 minutes away. The Funicolare is just around the corner and is easy access to Citta Alta (cute old town of Bergamo). Hope to return one day.

Our check in with the receptionist was great she was so friendly and informative, she could not do enough for us…….she also made very good G&Ts! This is a stunning hotel with fabulous gardens! Beautiful deluxe room, with glorious views over Bergamo! Bed was so comfortable with quality linens! Exceptionally clean room and modern bathroom that has everything you require! We ate in the restaurant and we received impeccable service from Gigi with food that was delicious! I would highly recommend eating in the hotel restaurant! We can’t wait to return to this little bit of paradise in Bergamo! The Hotel Manager was always around and very helpful and friendly!

Absolutely everything. The room was cosy and warm. I was surprised to find fruit tea which was amazing, normally other hotels offer only black tea. So it was a nice touch as fruit/berry tea is my favourite. Location was absolutely beautiful.

Nothing. If we had to really nitpick, there were a couple of places in the room which could be touched up but not anything that we needed to use.

The location was brilliant, 100% recommend when visiting Bergamo. Staff were very good- friendly, helpful, had useful tips & suggestions for our trip.

air-con/heating in room didn’t seem to work. thermostat was set at 19 but temperatures rose to 25 deg c. had to open windows to cool down.

We drove to the hotel and we struggled to get there due to resident-only roads, narrow streets and couldn’t find the parking at first. The hotel had sent us information regarding this but we couldn’t access it through booking.com, but this was very minor and not the hotels fault!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has been designed so thoughtfully. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and the food at breakfast and in the restaurant is fantastic. We also ate at the pizza restaurant and both staff and food were superb.

There are several roads to get to the hotel some of which are too narrow for big cars. The navigation systems tend not to know about that. Neither booking.com not the hotel warms you about it.

Stunning panoramic view, amazing sunrise, beautiful and cosy bedroom. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was incredibly friendly and very welcoming, even lighted a candle to celebrate our birthday.

The light wiring in the room. Something is wrong with it and the lights were coming on and off by night. Little bit spooky.
