Miranda was alone instead of missing stuff and therefor much busy.

Good location, authentic Tuscany home, good point of start to explore all Tuscany famous, near Strada, good restaurants in the neighborhood.

The rooms smelled a little musty but everything else was perfect.

Its an old italian property, you shouldn’t be expecting a modern hotel. The property is just lovely and about a five minute drive to the center of town Radda in Chianti.

We arrived late, just at the time it is said to be latest check in time but the room was not ready. The place is beautiful, but with a lack of capacity to take care of it, I am afraid it will deteriorate slowly. I hope for the sake of the place and the owner that she can get helping pair of hands or a couple.

Entrance is beautiful. A courtyard road lined with magnificent trees in the middle of olive trees. Nice old style of farm house at the end of the road. We arrived rather late, as a hungry and tired. Our room was not ready, reception was like a messy storage room and all restaurants near by were fully booked. Finally we found a pizzeria and table by the kitchen. The start was not a pleasant but all looked fine when the new morning started, we got a good breakfast and sun was rising. Give the place a chance and don't run away after seeing the reception :) We gave and we would go back some day :) Bed linings and bed was clean but the carpets already needed cleaning. Some dust here and there like under the bed, which is many times typical even in some hotels. Anyway we felt comfortable but I wanted to mention these since I read many comments about bad cleaning before I choose that. The place is not the most clean one but acceptable at least for us. The owner seems to do her best but it looked to me she is alone. We didn't see anyone else to help her. There are many rooms, breakfast, pool area etc. around the big buildings to take care of. The pool and pool area looked clean and we spent nice moments in there. Other quests seemed to enjoy as well. Breakfast was also good to be an Italian. Yogurt, fruits, sweet, eggs, muesli, coffee etc. In addition, the owner makes good olive oil, which we bought with us.

The host was very nice and accommodating. We were in another room that had too many steps to go up and down with our kids and she was able to move our room to a ground floor. The views around the property were beautiful and breathtaking and peaceful. It was very relaxing being by the pool. The country home brought you back to old Tuscany almost

We stayed at Santa Cristina with our one year old daughter and friends. We had fantastic time. The place is stunning in the middle of the vineyards. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He accommodated all our needs and made extra effort to make us happy. The accommodation has got big swimming pool and it's 5 min driving from the nearest village. We will definitely come back for longer stay!

We loved everything! Francesco and his team were exceptional - always there and going out of their way to make things possible. We loved our apartment, which was perfect for a family stay, and the pool area. The premises are a beautiful insight into a typical Tuscan agriturismo, and perfectly located for trips to other worthwhile towns - we spent the day at the pool and set out sightseeing after the heat, which was a rewarding combination for the adults and the kids. We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay at Relais Santa Cristina was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights, and I wish we stayed for longer! The town of Radda in Chianti is beautiful, the property is too and it is surrounded by vineyards and unbelievable views. The accommodation was.. yes, rustic/ a little dated but that is what you want when you’re in the Tuscan countryside! It was all a part of the experience! Breakfast was delicious and included everything you could need, eggs, prosciutto, cheese, yogurts, fresh pastries, fruits, juices etc. The pool was huge and had an amazing view. If you want 5 star commercialized luxury then maybe go somewhere else, but if you want a memorable, authentic & BEAUTIFUL Italian countryside stay with the kindest host, then stay here!!!

Pool was closed. Patio areas were unswept. Room flooded as shower drain was not adequately working.

Property is a little tired. Obviously the hotel was not geared up to receive guests at the time of our visit. Breakfast was adequate.

The stay was adequate the misrepresent provided by Booking.Com is the reason for my disputing the charge.

I am filing a dispute on my charge against Booking.Com. The only room available was far below on quality than the room we reserved.

We were disappointed with the customer service, the lengthy wait for the availability/readiness of the room, the hotel was overall dirty and not well kept.
