The hotel had a lovely ambience. The rooms and ensuites were spacious. Comfortable beds, everything spotlessly clean. The location was excellent.

The description from booking.com the hotel itself is great. Perfect location

Booking.com needs to change the amenities description. This hotel is wonderful and the history is so interesting but the booking.com website says they have AC. We were told by the front desk that the AC doesn't come on until May and the days we were there it was mid 80's

The location is perfect. Just down the street from Roma Termini Station, and a 15-minute walk away from the Colesseum. Clean, comfortable, and safe. Staff were friendly.

Bathroom is also small but bathing area is realy tiny, less than 3ft x 3ft. If the soap falls you”ll have problems to get it. Additionally, the room was cleaned by the staff but not the bathroom, specifically the garbage that we ourselves had to change the plastic bag and dispose it on a trash can on the street.

Well located, 10 min from Termini. An old building adapted with small room but enough to sleep.

The leaking shower

The hotel was located very centrally within walking distance to most of the historical landmarks and tourist areas and only a few minutes walk from Tome Termini station. The room was very spacious for our family and the facilities were very clean and tidy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff took some time for the check-in process and did not give us proper instructions with the key card. The breakfast was sub-par for the price paid and could really be improved.

There was a 24 hour reception which was great for us, and we were allowed to keep our luggage, even after checking out. The rooms were big and all essentials were provided.

Breakfast was ok, could be better by adding more protein. Reception staff could of recommend a driving service that accepted credit card. Walls are paper thin. Be prepared for possible loud neighbors and loud self closing doors with ear plugs.

Clean, comfy, tidy, stocked with toiletries. $1 water at front desk, which is affordable. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast served with such a friendly attitude.

A nice hotel, very small room but we were only there for a couple of nights so was not a problem for us. Breakfast was usual for Europe. Eggs, sausage, toast, pastries, cereal fruit etc. Coffee was spot on the cappochino was delicious
