Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very friendly staff, really professional and make your staying so comfortable. Good SPA zone: we took 2 hours package during which you can enjoy Sauna, Hammam and jacuzzi. Tennis, Paddle courts which you can rent. Also different types of massages you can choose from. Small swimming pool, nice gym. The restaurant was quite good, I didn’t get where all bad reviews came from, they are slow in service, yes, but I think it’s because of the lack of the personnel.

SwitzerlandIt's not in a great area - not very pretty or touristy, I wouldn't advise a long stay there. Many guests seemed to be more corporate. A lot of flies at the restaurant - they really need to get a fan there.
Friendly staff, lovely food at the restaurant, good size room with air-conditioning. They provided everything we needed for the baby which as great.

NetherlandsPhotos on Booking gave us wrong impression. We thought it would be a restored old Italian building. The building is very modern, almost fake like American style (from outside it looks like one of those outlet centres). Inside very modern and again the rooms are very American style. Airconditioning is very noisy, can not sleep when this is on. There is a building site right next to the pool. Elevator waiting music in breakfast room.
Free electric car charging. Sport facilities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was splendid.
