It’s a spacious and comfortable top floor apartment. All the facilities worked and were clean. The balcony has a view of mount etna which was a nice surprise. Felt safe here as a solo traveller.

There’s only one mirror, which is in the bathroom. It’d be great to have a second one somewhere in the apartment. Although we didn’t have any issues using the spiral stairs, they might not be suitable if you have kids or mobility issues as the steps are very narrow!

Clean and comfortable apartment, around 15-20 min walk to the city center. Had a supermarket nearby as well. The apartment is equipped with basic utensils and washing machine (though we didn’t cook or used the machine). Had to ask for an iron and fresh towels, which were provided promptly.

Has a lift a only for two people so be careful when you bring groceries or children along with two people it will stop mid journey

It was clean and very comfortable with attractive contemporary decor. It was also quiet thanks to very effective double glazing and there was no noticeable street noise even though it was at the front of the building. It was an easy walk to a supermarket and not too far to get downtown.

- no coffee machine, only camping stove for coffee - in our apartment was a washing machine included, but no drying rack (maybe we shouldve asked for it :))

We stayed in a different home rather than we chose from the booking but it was okay and nice too.

The place was pretty centeral, clean, well equipped, they have friendly staff! They got contacted with us 1 week before we arrived. Also we could ask everything from whatsapp even after checkout. Also they let us make early check-in so we save our time in that scope.

The accommodation was clean, nice and modern. The staff was amazing and really very helpful, they also helped us with booking a trip and a taxi to the airport. Very professional approach. The location of the accommodation was excellent. Close to a section with lots of restaurants and bars. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Greeted on arrival to go through some documents. Shown how the doors work as there are a few coded doors and a locked door to enter the building. We were given a Ferrini home branded map of the city and advised of the best places. It was very professionally done by the staff

The location was really good, everything was accessible and not far away. Lots of restaurants and cafes near. We booked a Mount Etna Tour through Ferrini house and it was amazing! The host who let us in was lovely and really helpful. We were able to contact the reception easily which made our stay even better.

The small room. It could be bigger. Also the elevator. Only two of us could get in.

The room was great. It had microwave, TV’s and cool lamps. It had second floor. The bathroom was clean and good. The TV’s have many channels and it’s only for hotels Sky edition (Italian TV operator) operated. Cool room with air conditioner. The staff was good. They told us everything about the room and other things. They scanned our documents and send you everything by email. Even it had transport from the Airport! Easy and comfortable.

1) Dangerous stairs, very plumby,spiral and narrow. It was really risky to use them with our newborn in the arms. 2) uncomfortable space for travelling with small baby with stroller (very tight elevetator and apartament itself), no ramks in the building 3) no veiw from the windows:(
