I’d appreciate it more it the staff used cleaning liquids without smell - I had to leave the windows open for the whole duration of stay so that the smell is not that strong.

None about the property. The only thing is that you should be ready to walk to the station if you don’t get a taxi which could be difficult at times.

There is a church across the street so you will hear it ring once in awhile in early morning. The walls are thin and you can hear noises from the street if people pass by.

The place needed more attention to dusting. I have asthma and the moment I walked in started to feel sick. The upper cabinets and the walls had dust. And also the top of the closet. The curtains needed to be washed.

WiFi was really poor. TV is a smart TV which didn't work well either due to the lack of Internet connectivity.

The hotel and rooms are bit dated. There are no elevators - so be prepared to carry your luggage 3 floors.

There were no parking at the property. Although they provided us with the names of some streets around the hotel that we could park, they didn t inform us about the local market on these streets. So we parked there friday evening, paying 10€ for 5 hours, but unfortunately the previous morning our car had been taken by police because of the local market. it was impossible for us to know about the market as the signs where too small and the time we parked there all the street was full of cars. It was for sure a failure for the hotel to notify us! ps we payed 125€ fine in order to get back the car

The stove was not fully functioning (one of the burners didn't work properly). The cleaning and garbage disposal wasn't done on time (although we asked the cleaning staff in person). The windows look out on a busy and noisy street.

The location is great. Ferry and funicular stations, cafes and restaurants, all main attractions of the old city of Como are in a 10-15 minutes walk. The apartment had a small fridge, a stove, pans and dishes, which was very convenient.

Its in the city centre and near to almost everything. Good place for long stay cause they have space for laundry, can iron clothes, with fridge inside the room and space for cooking. The room is also huge with the big glass windows.
