The furniture was a bit old and used and the door of one bathroom was creaking.

The apparent was nice and clean, well equipped and in a great location. We were only a few minutes from train station, 30 minutes walk from Gardaland and also very close to old center.

Uncomfortable beds, sleeping for more than two-three nights caused back pain. The room was never cleaned even after staying for 5 nights. Clean towel requires payment.

Spacious apartments, with great location and indoor parking garage. The room was clean and had a big terrace. The personal was kind and had fast communication.

The beds were not comfortable and the third sofa-bed was really uncomfortable (not levelled correctly) Some things were broken (i.e the toilet flush button and the roll holder) I would also have appreciated to find few basic things in the kitchen, like dish towels, sponges and the basic food things, like salt, sugar, etc.

Great location; very close to the centre. (5 mins) Easy to walk to the railway station with suitcases. A great location for visiting Milan as the fast train was only 57 minutes there. We initially travelled from Venice Mestre.

The apartment has a large space with 2 separated bathrooms. The staff is really nice. We arrived the apartment at 11.00 am. And we're allowed to check in early.

The cleanliness was average. The floors were sticky in places. Inconvenient shower gels. Noise in the corridor.

The parking is very big, the apartment very spacious and many facilities. We stay in cold period, but saw pool outside on the site. Two bathrooms is a perfect idea for big company.

The sofa in the living room was very short and uncomfortable, it is only for a little child not for a tall teenager.

Roomy place only a short walk from the lakeshore. The kitchen is well equipped, the fridge is quiet. The apartment hotel has a really big underground garage and an elevator big enough for 3 people. In the autumn the town is very quiet but the old town is spectacular and lovely!

We stayed there in the beggining of November. Apartment was very cold and it took more than one day to warm up a little bit. Not a good feeling. A lot of furniture is broken or not working properly.

Apartment was really big. Gentelman working there was very friendly and polite. We really felt welcome there. There is also a free big parking garage.

The couch was pretty uncomfortable… and that’s just being petty.

5 minute walk to the train station was great. 5 minutes walk to the grocery store. Spacious and clean. Very quiet. 5 minute walk to the Lake. Just a great location. Pool is very nice for cooling off. Sitting areas outside for relaxing. Loved having 2 full baths. Front desk was very friendly.

Kitchen could have been better equipped, only had 1 wine glass. A washing machine would have been more useful than a dishwasher (for us personally). The garden was unkempt. Plant pots with dead plants in them - would be better to just remove them. So many other lovely plants around it let it down a bit. Reception was often closed. When I asked for more wine glasses I was told housekeeping would bring some but they didn't and then we didn't get a chance to see the receptionist again. Gave up. Air conditioning unit was weirdly placed for bedrooms but we managed. Door was difficult to get into. Sofa in living room was a bit tired looking. A bit pricey, but I'm guessing that's because we're in Lake Garda. Broken sunloungers. Whilst this all seems negative we did have a lovely time and there was nothing majorly wrong with the accommodation.

Loved having a pool. Location was excellent. Size of apartment was exceptional and great having two bathrooms. Clean.

the bads are not comfortable. this is a big minus for us. the apartment came empty from any cleaning materilas and without any basic supplies (not even salt n' peeper) I would cosider adding some basic supplies: some ground coffee for the moka, olive oil or butter, sugar salt & pepper would make a lot of diffrence

Amazing Location just 7 min walk from old town with many resturants, coffee bar and pâtisseries. the town it self is beautiful and on the edge of Garda lake. Very Large Apartment and very Spacious. Good utilities and 2 bathrooms one in the master suite and one for the other rooms. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to go in. Lovely balcony made for a great morning where we sat down to eat breakfest (go to old town buy some pastries) Great shower with good water preasure and hot water all the time

The couch in the living room really needs to go, old and with stains. The bedroom had a bed lamp on only one side, which is weird. Balcony is messy and disorganized, the soap bottle was only one third filled and there was no washing machine in the apartment even though it was mentioned in the description. Nonetheless, the value for the money was okay and we were happy

Close to Gardaland bus station, relatively close to the city centre, quiet during the night, nice pool to enjoy the hot evenings, elevator for the upper floors present, big balcony, secured garage for the cars, vending machine with water and snacks just outside the building, the bed was big and comfortable, air conditioned apartment

The receptionist guy was so rude and always angry. There was no soap in the apartment and initially one towel for 3 adults and 2 kids. Whenever we ask for anything, he's so rude. I mean he could say the same thing in a nice way and we would understand it's just a weird policy but not sure why he had to be rude. He also fooled us with the city tax although I made sure to make it clear I know the 4 year olds don't pay tax. I was sure something was wrong but we were in a rush to catch the bus but I recalculated and yes he took like 4 euros extra that he definitely shouldn't have.

Location is nice; walking distance with two preschoolers to train station and then we get the free bus to gardaland from there. The apartment was clean.

There could have been more crockery and cutlery in the apartment. It was just sufficient for 1 meal for 5 people.

Spacious apartment plus the benefit of the a pool and a bouncy castle in the yard. The reserved parking space is a big benefit and one of the items we had on our list as a requirement.
