The hosts are amazing! So friendly and communicative. They help with everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you need and big parking. The complex also has a beautiful garden. I highly recommend it.

We liked the kitchen equipment and the furniture. It is a very convenient location for trips at the east coast of Sardinia. Very good value for the money. Especially the host Maria was very nice and welcoming.

María was very friendly and helpful and gave us an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment as it was low season and quiet. The apartment was well equipped and an easy walk down to the town and marina. Very convenient for a short drive to Olbia airport.

Very good room, not super modern, but well equipped. Comfortable bed. Very good bathroom. Everything clean. The best is the garden: large, green, a lot of flowers and trees - simply made to enjoy. Parking next to the garden, very convenient. Good location - some beautiful beaches within 10-15 minutes drive. Olbia is also not far away - about 15 minutes by car…

Our best accommodation in Sardinia, exceeding all expectations. We had a spacious duplex, with 2 bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, and 2 balconies with fascinating views. Wifi, aircon work perfectly, beds are extra comfy, the garden is beautiful and well maintened. Beach towels and city bikes are offered free of charge, washing mashines free to use. A few reserved parking lots are available, but it is free and easy to park in the streets as well. Rooms are soundproof, absolutely no noises during the night, excellent sleep guaranteed :) Staff is extremely nice and friendly, speak excellent english and provide all kind of useful information. Very recommended for longer stays.

Chairs and couch are not very comfortable, which starts to irritate after a few days. Pots and pans are a bit big for the cooking unit, but it works.

Staff is friendly and very helpful, location was fine (walking distance to shops, restaurants, short drive to many beaches). The beds are good, airco is working well.

The apartment was lovely, homey, very accessible, with a scenic walk to the various surrounding restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean and stocked with every appliance you could want for a comfortable extended stay. Maria and the other staff were especially hospitable, making recommendations for not only Porto San Paolo but Olbia and Cagliari as she knew we were spending time there on our trip too.

Nothing to fault

The property was so beautiful and in a great location. The staff were amazing and provided heaps of recommendations, particularly Maria! We loved our stay here and would stay again.

There was nothing to not like!

In particular it was very useful to have condiments, washing up liquid and cleaning cloth and tea towel etc provided. There was also a bottle of Sardinian wine, which is excellent and some water. The apartment was immaculately clean and Ivan and Maria Assunta are exceptionally attentive to any guest needs.

Hosts were always available for queries and provided great recommendations and useful information to plan things. The apartment was very clean and equipped with almost everything we could need (Stove, kettle, fridge, cooking utensils, etc..) There was also a washing machine available but we did not use it. The most helpful part was that cycles were provided free of charge. They were super useful to move around and visit the nearby beaches, especially if you do not rent a car. We also used the pickup service they offer which was super convenient.

Construction works in the adjacent street were a bit noisy.

Super spacious fully equipped apartments. Sun umbrellas and bicycle available. Extremely friendly staff made us feel at home.

All rooms were a decent size, aircon in both bedrooms. Our 2 bed duplex apartment also had downstairs toilet. Balcony was nice, easy enough to fit 4 people around a table. There were bicycles available to use for free too, which was very nice.
