I'm not actually reviewing the residence liberty because they ended up putting me in another apartment that was farther away from this train station, which I was not happy about, since that's a prime consideration. However, the photos of liberty pretty much match the apartment I was in, so probably will give you a good enough idea. The only light as you come in is for the kitchen. The other two switches by the front door don't seem to do anything, so there are no lights in the living room aside from the spillover from the kitchen. The kitchen doesn't have a kettle nor an espresso pot. It would be possible to use the saucepan to boil water, but they're pretty large. In general, the kitchen is not well fitted out. There is no dish soap, no sponges, no kitchen towels, so, after spilling coffee, it was difficult to clean up. It also made it impossible to wash the dishes thoroughly before I left. I don't know if the fold out bed in the living room is any good and I didn't try the TVs in either the bedroom or the living room. The bedroom just has one light sconce plus a bedside lamp on either side of the bed. However, you can only plug one thing in on either side, so you can't have a reading lamp and charge your phone at the same time. I'm 5'5" and I could barely reach the closets in the hangers in the wardrobe because they're hung so high, so if you're shorter than that, you'll need to stand on a chair. One of the hooks on the blackout drapes in the bedroom is missing, so not very effective. The air-conditioning is essentially useless. At least the bathroom had adequate towels and a decent shower, although it's unfortunate that all of the soap is either wrapped in plastic or in single use plastic bottles.

The staff were all excellent and always very responsive to emails.

Old furniture, bed not very comfortable. It was rather clean, but not super clean. The procedure of check in/out (i.e. picking up and returning the keys in another hotel not directly near the room) is somewhat confusing and unpractical.

Spatious room and bathroom. Air conditioning working well. Nice playground in front of the room. Rather close to the main square.

We arrived at approx. 10.30 AM and the hotel was closed. Nobody answered our telephonecall. We had to wait until 2 pm before we could enter the hotel !!! The lady who was there at 2 pm was very friendly but stated nobody was at this address before 2 pm... We lost the best hours of the day to visit the town because of it. A keybox with code ould be great !!!!

I slept on the sofa bed. Unfortunately it was not so comfy; the mattress was really thin and I could feel the sofa mechanism underneath. The other two beds were much more comfortable.

I liked the position, really close to the city center and the personnel's availability. They really provided a great service during our check in. Really well done! Also, the room was clean and tidy.

At the reception we were told to leave €300 deposit that the hotel will return after check out. A month later we still haven’t received it. It is appalling to demand money for a pre-payed room and then making it extremely complicated to retrive that deposit. The room was not cleaned properly, I stepped on a piece of shattered glass. The blankets were extremely dirty, the mattresses are covered in plastic mattress covers and extremely uncomfortable. Our room was not set up properly we had to wait for staff to come and redo the beds.

I think the air conditioning unit struggled at times to cool the room as much as we desired.

Accommodation was ideally located to explore Parma. The facilities in the room were great, though we didn't end up making much use of the kitchen. The air conditioning unit was essential given the weather during the time we were there.

A couple little things were missing, like dishwashing detergent and a kitchen cloth. I personally found the aircon to be too weak and struggled to sleep- for reference it was 37 degrees during day when I went.

Easy to check in, then a short walk to accommodation. The apartment has mostly everything you could need. All in all very good value for money.

Air condition was functioning but a bit noisy. The residence does not offer breakfast but nearby you can have good breakfast starting from 7 am. WiFi was cumbersome to use and I did not use it.

Room was pretty large and cleanness was good. Location is pretty good for any activity to perform in the city center.

Requested single beds in 2 rooms but both had doubles, neither room was very clean. Bedding scruffy and one of the rooms was difficult to access due to a temperamental lock. Contacted the hotel upon arrival (check in was at a different location) about the errors regarding bed types but nobody responded.

The check in procedure was not optimal at all. Lack of electricity plugs for European (EU) standards, and when asked, they didn’t have any adaptors.

Ever since I have been using booking, I think this is the best accommodation that I have ever stayed and is very clean. The apartment is so nice. I didn't meet anybody because i came very late at night but it what's the money in fact the money is too small for that kind of accommodation. Thank you very much booking.

You not have only to check in at onther place, you also have to bring the key back there. By car, you have to stop 50m before the entrance and to bring in the baggage by hand because its a "ZTL" (restricted area). The interieur is already a little bit older. It smells a little bit strange in the rooms. WiFi doesn't work.

It's a quite good position for entering the town Center.

Do not book if mobility issues, heavy luggage or requirement for honesty in location. Was not the one I booked, not Liberty.. No choice about change. Neither Liberty not the replacement were at the location I thought booked. Before booking the location was shown as next to the station which is what I needed, but that is only the check-in. Sore feet and heavy pack, so important not to have extra walking. WiFi password was for the one I booked not the supposed upgrade. Reviews on Google warned not to use kitchen or you get charged more. All ruined my stay. Bonus questions meaningless as I didn't stay in the one you are asking me to reviewdue to compulsory upgrade. So I've marked them all down
