Easy to find, a few minutes walk from the Piazza Unita d'Italia and the Riva. Reception staffed from 07:00 until 21:00. Has a laundry that can be used by residents.

Cleanliness could have been better. Parking is hard to find, but public garage, where you have 15% discount as a guest of the property, is 10 minutes away.

Only problem was the steps on entry... with the lift about 15 steps up it was a bit tricky with our luggage.

Great location close to Port, within walking distance of train, bus, shopping and sights. Plenty of room, with a separate basic, but functional kitchen/dining area. We had to conduct remote work from the room and the desk area was great.

Room was a little cold, tired to alter temperature on AirCon but didn't make much difference. Would have been nice to have a basic welcome pack in the kitchen, Tea, Coffee, milk etc Decor a little tired in places.

Spacious room, Good size and well specced bathroom. Great staff that were very helpful and polite, good location in town. So many places to visit within walking distance and fab choices for food and drink.

I asked how to arrive to the property. The answer was very poor like: follow the google map... As the Italian streets run radially and street names are not often well-marked. So, it would be helpful to write like "walk along the coast. Before reaching to "Eatalay Trieste turn left at The Revoltella Museum, pass a super market, then the property is on your right."

The room was wonderful, and I was impressed by the fully equippted kitchen. I wish the property opened the roof top since the view from roof top is beautiful with the Adrian Sea and sunset (I saw it from the elevator hall).

The only thing I did not like that staff entered our room and changed our towels without asking.

it has air conditioning, which is why i picked it over another hotel.but when i checked in it was over 80F/28C in the room with radiators turned up on high. AC only turns on when the passcard is in the socket, so that meant sitting around a really hot room for a while so it would be cool enough to sleep in 5--6 hours. I tried opening hte windows but it was loud in the street. almost changed my 5day reservation after 2 hours. housekeeping should turn off radiators after checkout. apart from that, it was satisfactory

i didn't use kitchen but it seemed functional... microwave, stove, coffee percolator (but no kettle). bathroom was nice although shower head was a bit small/awkward. good potable water, hot water and good pressure. bed was two abut twins instead of queen i usually think of when advertised that way but ok. locatoin was super convenient although that made the street loud..not people but motos and refuse drop=off and collection.

location of property easy to find following booking.com directions by public transport in an area surrounded by lovely cafes restaurants and small local shops great facilities we booked a studio style room - very spacious with a separate kitchen with table to sit at and ability to cook meals, living area very spacious and good sized bathroom. It was very clean and warm (visited in December)

I think that the cleanliness of the bed sheets could be a bit more extra. There's a bit of dust to it still but that's about it

I really love how spacious my room is. So comfortable and homely. I think all the facilities in the room were working well. Bed is comfortable to sleep in and I just love it. I always have a hard time falling asleep in new places but I just slept so easily here.

I thought the bathroom needed renewing. Parking was difficult.

I liked the friendly and helpful welcome. I loved the room with the small kitchen. I loved the position.the position is strategic and well served for shops and restaurants. It is close to the principal square and near important museums.
