Nothing we didn't like, but a slightly better equipped kitchenette would be helpful. Esp washing up.liquid and a toaster.

A very good and quite modern hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony and the view are just superb. The breakfast is also good. May be a little bit far from the center, but it is one more good opportunity to have a walk along the lake. The staff deserves special mention-friendly and always ready to help.

Self contained Apartment Very modern , smart, high quality fittings, furniture and decor, clean. Views were stunning & property had a nice little private garden with pool. we hired bikes in local town of Malcesine but tour minibus and mainline buses stopped right outside and we used them a lot. We were able to park our bikes in the underground car park which has adequate space for cars and motorcycles. Easy access to lakeside path just over the road. Breakfast very good if you need it. Bar open until midnight each day and well stocked. The owners and staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. everything was possible if you requested it.

Everything spotless, fantastic location quite and not to busy. Bus station outside the hotel to get into town if you don’t want to walk. Otherwise 30-35 minutes walk. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood just minutes away. Very nice staff that was helpful to guide us to good restaurants. We absolutely loved Malcesine and our stay at hotel Lido 😊

Air conditioning system was very old and mostly wasn't functioning The "view" of a stone wall. Not very good for the price I paid.

The rooms were a good size, although the decor could be updated.

Our room overlooked the sea - was a beautiful view and nice size balcony. The hotel is right across the street from the lake, so it was easy access to the water, and they also have a pool on site. Nice breakfast and super friendly service for the duration of our stay.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is very peaceful and short walks to some great restaurants, or 1€ bus ride into the center of Malcesine. The views are beautiful and the facilities on the lake are also very convenient. Very comfortable stay!

Our room didnt have lake view and therefore was too dark. The lights in the room are very weak. No kettle for tea/coffee. One broken chair.

The location is great, garage for cars, nice lobby and spacious appartments. Very nicw staff.

Our room was lovely but it faces a large wall therefore no scenic view at all and very dark. Had I have known at point of booking I would not have booked this hotel. We were advised a couple of weeks in advance of departure that the room did not have a lake view but not that it was facing a wall and in any case at that stage it was too late to book something else. Overall while a lovely hotel I felt hard done by with the room and felt the booking lacked transparency. The room was a real let down as a result and I did not feel value for money.

Location, hotel and in general the staff and facilities. All lovely.

Our room only got cleaned once during a six-night-stay, you had to dispose the rubbish yourself in litter containers nearby the hotel. The actual flat was extremely dark as it faced the site opposite of the lake and in the corridor the light didn’t work so you couldn’t see the hand before your eyes when you tried to find your room coming back in the evening.

The ladies at the breakfast room where very friendly. by Italian standards, the choice of breakfast was really good.

10am checkout while breakfast finishing the same time is too early part of rooms have been redecorated, but not ours; it had a feel of a past though in fairness everything was working there, room was clean and in still in good condition

kind staff, breakfast, parking in a garage, no issues with checkin outside hours, well kept hotel we’d come back
