On our balcony there was a gap between the floor and wall/window we decided not to sit on this balcony (luckily we had two in our room) as we have a small child that is crawling and could fall down/get stuck, might look at to be filled in. But as we could sit on the other balcony it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Lovely place and great for families with young children! Breakfast had everything and the pizza in the restaurant was amazing! Very accommodating staff and very helpful. We will come back and have already booked our return stay in June!

Nothing major. Moving from the hotel/restaurant area to the pool area was a bit odd. The pool area was just behind a door on the basement floor, without a dressing area before (there is a dressing area inside the pool area though). Wasn't sure whether to prep in the room or if it's meant to enter the pool area fully clothed in shoes. Again, nothing major just felt odd.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are nice and cosy, ours had a small kitchenette as well. The small pool area was a wonderful addition for the kids. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and was great (plant-based/vegan can get by easily; plant-based milks and lots of cereal/oat choices). We only stayed a single night but it was very pleasant.

The hotel is in need of major renovation. Especially the indoor pool and the rooms. The idea of a children's playroom is great, but there are no games, toys or any activities for kids inside, especially between 5 and 10 years old. The prices of soft drinks in the restaurant are very high.

The location was good. The woman who worked every morning during breakfast was a great professional. The breakfast menu was good. There were plenty of parking spaces and there was no parking fee. The heating system in the room worked perfectly. The water temperature in the indoor pool was perfect after visiting the ski resorts.

Breakfast was super - wonderful fruit selection, fresh strawberries, kiwi and watermelon in November. Great croissants, super friendly breakfast staff. Room was very big, super comfortable bed and best of all, an absolutely breath-taking view. Lots for kids to do - pool, playground, trampoline. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was perfect.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The facilities were excellent value for money and the location was breathtaking. Upon arrival there was a new member of staff who was training and she was very impressive considering she was new to the role. Just and all around great experience and will definitely stay again if I return to the area.

Absolutely amazing and wonderful place. Rooms are big, clean and tidy! Sparkling clean towels and bed sheets. Stunning view from the balcony. Great pool with beautiful view over valley. Delicious breakfast. Hosts are such a lovely family very helpful and nice people. We just loved this place! We were planning to stay only 1 night, but could leave such a place, so extended 1 more night. Strongly recommended!

Unfortunately, the place is a little bit run down. Very uncomfortable beds (you hear every move) and the hotel is directly on a busy road. We couldn‘t get a hood nights sleep which should be the most important thing during a vacation. We also wanted to use the indoor pool during a rainy day but the pool was completely messy (somebody threw furniture into the pool) and there were no poolchairs. South Tyrol has amazing properties so please stay away from this one

Lagundo is a great location to explore South Tyrol and Meran.
