Looks wise the building seems stucked in the 70s/80s but that can be said abiut the ehole area. The pullout bed was not as comfortable as one would like but that is a well known fact about pullout beds (think Elain when visiting Seinfelds parents i. florida :)) )

The position - it s fight in the middle of the resort and is practically on the beach. The bathroom amenities were functional hit water. Price for what is offered is more than fair.

Clean and quiet (almost no one there neighboring at the end of September) but a tiny studio. If we had 2 luggages rather than 1 it would be quite hard to fit them in. The studio has a spacious balcony though which we would definitely love to enjoy for the sunset view if it had the sea view. Make sure to double check you reserve the one with sea view. The kitchen was clean and had some the basic equipment needed to cook 1 or 2 meals, including one big pan, a couple of pots, cutlery. The only thing missing was the tea & coffee equipment- no teapot. If you arrive by car, take into account that you can only park in couple of places, be aware of the road sign restrictions.

First of all, it is a basic studio apartment with simple furniture. I booked for my family, but there was no real bed, it was a sofa bed for us and a single stander for my son. Every day we waked up with back pain. No cleaning service was available. I booked with breakfast and dinner, but i recommend no one, since the breakfast and dinner was very poor. Especially after dinner we went to buy some snacks. We had to eat pasta every day, no other option was available, and no buffet is available. The drinks were to pay by us. Third day they offered options of three pizza, and we had to choose one only. Outside the max pizza prices are between 6-9 euro. Better do not take any meal option.

The apartment was great but the balcony was hugecandxwe had views of the beach and the town. Very clean, lovely helpful staff. Would thoroughly recommend.

- The (sofa) bed was terrible (way too soft). You would almost drown in the bed with 2 people / you keep rolling to the middle - The rooms are very, very, very noisy. You can literally hear everything (e.g., snoring, coughing, walking by and even things you don't want to hear at night) - Not everyone at the desk speaks English. This is not up to current standards. You are running a hotel - Check in/out time are not standard times (after 4PM and 7:30PM check in, check out between 9AM – 10AM)

- Extremely clean hotel and room (never seen this in 30 years of traveling). So, a big compliment to the cleaning staff!! - Friendly people - Very nice warm and strong shower - The breakfast is minimal and not at the hotel (2 minutes’ walk). It’s a minimal continental breakfast, but okay (nothing more or less).

It by no means is soundproof. We could hear all the hustle and bustle 5 floors below on the street. Barking dogs, motorcycles, and loud people. Getting to the reservation office was a hassle as the street in front of it is closed. Getting luggage to our room was a poor design. No luggage carts. It was a true hassle to find the street to the parking garage. We finally found it with help from two very nice Police Officers. The free breakfast is a 10-minute walk, it is not at the hotel. I would not stay here again.

The location can't be any better. Parking is impossible unless you use their underground parking @ 15 euros per night. It is well worth that for the security it provides.
