Parking is a nightmare. It’s impossible to find slot on the streets nearby. In chat I asked two times for parking but I did’t get answer. Host completely ignored that questions. It’s a quiet noisy in the room.

There is nothing wrong per se for a short stay. I would suggest considering a new mattrass and a normal soap in the bathroom.

My son ( 23 years old) was sleeping on the sofa and woke up with back pain. That sofa should be replace it. Is not more good for sleep on it.

The property was very clean, nice decorated and with all you need for a short stay. Good location and nice staff. Normally, I could rate it better… but…

The bad is uncomfortable. The shower cabin is very small. It is strange that they have same key for room and for corridor.

Location is perfect. The accommodation had everything you need. Parking is free on the street. We had lack to find it front of the building.

When we arrived, the host told us that they have a parking only for a small car, and around the apt we had a hard time trying to find a free parking spot.

Sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep. We were lucky to have our own mattress. Electricity issues (we lost it 6-7 times in 2 days).

The bed was not comfortable and i doubt that the bedsheets were changed/clean... We found a plaster strip on the bedsheets glued from inside...

- it should indicate that the flat for four people is only one big room divided into two by a shelf. We were a bit surprised, as we expected one room (with a door) and one sofa bed in the living room/kitchen - Sofa bed has a very thin mattress, for one night ok

The check in details were a little complicated as they mentioned a boom gate but I now think they were just talking about the wooden doors at entry of apartment.

Lovely spacious apartment. Convenient location. The washing machine was very handy after already travelling for over 3 weeks.

The technology to open up the front door and the mechanics to do the self check-in were complex although everything worked. Maybe smart lockers would have been better than the key box

Location was great (parking complex but free) in the heart of the city. Room and bathroom were spacious and all equipment for cooking was in the common shared kitchen in the hallway. Furniture was brand new and the bed very comfy

The sofa bed is not of the best quality and the bar running across the middle could be felt in my back all the time, the recommended car parking is pretty expensive at 18 Euro per night we used it one night and then parked on the street without charge or problem.

Nicely located in a residential area but close to the city centre and the sights, secure entry system was a bit confusing but we got there in the end.

We didn't have a good communication with the host. Although it's a self check in, we got to the apartment without host explaining how to enter the apartment (we didn't even know that we need two different codes, we didn't get the street number, the building), it was rather frustrating and we lost a lot of time trying to figure out these things. Previously, before coming, I sent them a message/question about parking in front of the building and some other stuff, the answer never came, except for the link to the public parking which was actually full when we came, so we had to look for a parking all around the city and then walk quite a lot to get to the apartment with all the bags. Also sofa bed is very uncomfortable for sleeping and the bed sheets were synthetics which was even worse (not the case with the main bed though).

Check-in was complicated & required ringing the host in order to enter the building. - Host called back after 5 minutes or so, but it's not great when you are stood outside not 100% certain that you are at the right place.

Very cozy and warm apartment in the heart of beautiful Trieste, ideal to relax after exhausting day around. Bars and restaurants nearby, no need to drive. Highly recommended.
