Nothing, this is a perfect apartment for a stay in Trieste for a couple or small family.

We liked the apartment very much, especially the location. Close to all the best tourist ‘must see’ spots and also the railway station. Also, being an apartment, we were able to make breakfasts and lunches some days, as we are traveling for a month, we don’t want to buy every meal at a restaurant, so the apartment was perfect for this. Also the apartment has lift access to the third floor, so no lugging suitcases up the stairs. The windows are all double glazed and the electric shutters can be lowered at night for perfect sleeping darkness.

- People can easily get into the building. It would be safer to have a key. Also the lights in the lobby and staircase only work half the time . - The host was very nice when i met him however in the written communications we had, he tended to imply nicely that i was an idiot. - They gave 1 capsule for the coffee machine… i was there for 9 days… it felt stingy. - There was no paper towel and no extra garbage bag. - It would be nice to have pepper in addition to salt. - View in courtyard from apartment scirocco is gloomy especially at night. Few apartments of the surrounding buildings seem to be inhabited in March. The other 2 apartments of Neverin Trieste have views on the street. That’s much nicer.

- Clean and well maintained. - Good location 8 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from supermarket Aldi and 7-12 minutes from center areas on foot. - The host answers messages promptly. - Washing machine shared between 3 apartments. - Heated drying rack in the bathroom.

It was very nice, I can't really complain about anything:) If the weather had been warmer I would have loved to have my coffee on the balcony.

It's a very convenient location, close to the station but also very central in Trieste. The flat is well furnished and comfortable, very spacious and light. The host, Piero, was very kind and helpful. I was able to check in earlier than expected as the room was ready. I bumped into Piero when I was going to store my luggage and he let me check in early, which was great! Also gave me some tips on what to see in Trieste. Really helpful and friendly and it was a great trip. I'd happily stay again.

Centrally located, within walking distance from the train station. Clean and comfortable. Self-check in property in an big apartment building on a quiet street. Easy to communicate with Pietro via Whatsapp. There's a lift/elevator so no worries about getting your luggage up. Loved how the bookshelf with cube slots served two purposes: used to divide the double bed from the sofa bed and also be used to store your stuff. Very neat. You can do your laundry as the property has a washer and a dryer. There's also a clothes rack in the room to hang dry your clothing. Thanks to Pietro's girlfriend that I learned that you need to dump the water from the dryer (as oppose to remove the lint in North American dryer). It's right across the street from Buffet Birreria da Rudy (on the restaurant list provided by the property owner), where we had our dinner. Thanks to a waitress from the restaurant, we were able to walk to Aldi Supermarket closeby to shop for our next day meals. The apt is also equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (pods), kettle, mugs, drinking glasses, utensils, etc. It's perfect to fix your own meals and eat them in the living/dining room of the apartment. Happy Stay!

The only thing that bothered us was the noise coming from the neighbouring apartment. I suppose the insulation between the apartments is not that good, and the first night we had quite loud neighbours until late in the evening so falling to sleep was not easy. Other than that, everything was good.

The location is very good. You have a quick and easy access to the city center and all the restaurants and shops. The communication with the host was quick, easy and excellent. He helped us with the parking as well so everything went smoothly.

Our apartment was everything we hoped. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen and there was plenty of space in the living area and bedroom. Our host Piero was great. He is very friendly and kind with many great recommendations.

There's nothing we didn't like. Just a short info - The street where the apartment is, is one-way and parking is not allowed, but for a short unloading of things or their packing, and efficient organization, it is possible to stop for a few minutes.

Extremely kind and accommodating host, very quick in communication and ready to help with additional information. A completely modern, extremely clean and equipped apartment just a few minutes' walk from the center. In the area with restaurants and shops. We also used the public garage - parking provided by the host, which is also a few minutes from the apartment and has enough parking space.
