There was no counterspace for preparing food. It made it difficult to cook in apartment.

The pool was really big the kids loved it the location to the beach was great just across the road, a guy called Diago on reception was really helpful and kind to my son when he fell he cleaned his knee, and was very nice. It was also really clean and smelt fresh even though it was old.

Unfortunately the apartment pool and pizzeria were not open as it’s early in the season. The hotel pool was accessible but was busy. The apartment walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Very basic accommodation with no tea towels, hand soap, etc. but had plenty of crockery and utensils.

Great location across the road from Maria Pia beach. 15 mins from the airport. Bus is 15 mins to Old town and only costs €1. Staff were very helpful. The 2 bed apartment is very spacious. Nice view of the grounds from the balcony. Lovely children’s playground on site.

The beds in the apartment were very hard. They did leave me with some small back twinges by the time we left. We were only there for 3 nights so pleased we did not have a fortnight on those beds!

Pools were nice and the site was well maintained. Room was large and well equipped. Beach is just across the road and has to be one of the best beaches I have ever been on. Wonderful.

A nice 20minute walk from Alghero old town, if you don’t hire a car it can get quite expensive going out every day using taxis. £10euro from this hotel to the old town and some taxis in the evening charge abit more.

Everything was great from start to finish the pool is beautiful with little pool for the children. Lobby, hotel room toilets pool we really liked the breakfast (a little repetitive, but we was fine with that) everything was very clean would definitely stay here again :)

As long as you expect the accommodation to be basic then you won’t be disappointed. It is not ultra modern but it is clean and spacious and has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay.

2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. 2 decent sized swimming pools & tennis court on site. Really friendly and helpful staff and great buffet breakfast that is also good value for money. Also great location if you want to be close to Maria Pia Beach.

The rooms including the shower are quite aged, the matraces are way too hard. I would also wish for at least one more laundry line on the terrace, some dishwasher gel, salt etc which is normally available in apartments.

Location near the beaches. Spacy apartments, the terrace, the options for shop/rent/pool/beach umbrella discounts etc. Special kudos to the curtesy room for checked out guests and the friendly staff.

Hotel is approximately 50 minutes within walking distance from the city center and the last bus leaves city center at 10:30 pm. Our apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious enough, but we did not appreciate an absence of the detergent and dish sponge in the apartment. We stayed only for 5 nights and did not cook much, so we did not want to buy it however it is only a small investment.. For the hotel as well :) Apartment consists of the two rooms - bedroom and the kitchen. We were 5, so 3 people slept in the kitchen, without wardrobe. We did not have a lot of clothes, but it would be more convenient to exchange small table and kitchen cupboard for a regular wardrobe for clothes. But what we missed the most were window nets against mosquitoes. We couldn't sleep with windows open. Air-conditioning was silent, but we are used to sleep in the dark and total silent, so we would rather exchange air-conditioning to the nets against mosquitoes...

Beautiful and clean beach was within walking distance, approx.. 5 minutes far from the hotel. Hotel/residence has 2 pools. Pool situated between apartments was closed as of September 11, but the one situated by the hotel remained open. We did not mind, stayed most of the time by the sea. There was live music on Friday and Monday evenings, it was nice. Bus stop was right next to the hotel. Hotel has its own car park, although sometimes full, but there is paid parking outside the hotel. We highly appreciated also presence of a children's playground.

Simple apartment with kitchenette. One big good pool and one cool children pool. Free parking, small shop on the territory. Amazing beach with restaurants across the road.

Nothing serious, just a few things to note for consideration: In 4 days it was cleaned once on the second day, looks like no cleaning service on weekends You need to bring your soap and shower gel (it would be nice to get these as welcome items given the hotel has nice ones)

I did not expect much from an old hotel/residence, and had a lovely stay by the seaside as the proximity to Maria Pia beach was my main point. It is located next to the best beach of Alghero, short walk mostly in shade, so you don't feel the heat :) wind from the sea also brings fresh air Food was really good at hotel pool bar and restaurant, good cocktails and coffee Staff was very accomodating and helpful, very friendly Clean pools Quite large rooms of the apartment Good air conditioners (one in each room) Many beach bars located at the beach, so you don't really need to cook at the apartment
