Mattress quality could be better. Although there is a balcony, it is small and just enough to eat out for 3 people (evening only as it is full in the sun at lunchtime with no shades). 15-20 minutes walk to the center of the village.

Apartment 6: Good size for 3 or 4. It could host 6 (1 double sofa-bed in living-room kitchen ) but it would be very too small. Good size room with wardrobe big enough for you holiday clothes. Full working W/M. Air-conditioning (in living-room only and it is an extra) but good enough to cool the flat (which was very necessary the first few days of the stay). 2 or 3 big supermarkets nearby (Eurospin, Coop, Dettori, ...). Anna, managing the property, is very nice and helpful.

No air conditioning in the apartment and no access to free wifi... this was not advertised but would be great to be included in the future. Also, we paid for 'cleaning fee' which is calculated per day for the duration of our stay and yet nobody comes to clean the apartment. We also need to bring the rubbish out ourselves to a communal bin, so am not entirely sure why we need to pay additional cleaning fee when this service is not included within.. A guide book of some sort would be useful for guest to refer to so that they are aware of where to bring the rubbish at the end of the stay etc and if we can get recycling bins or some sort of large containers for us to separate the various materials for recycling during our stay that would be useful too. It was a really really hot heatwave during our stay (about 33 degree C) and there was confusion during the check in where the instruction in booking.com says that we need to check in in a particular building (not the building where our apartment was located at) but as we get there, we need to wait quite sometime for Anna to check in other guest first (not Anna's fault but I think the check-in system can be improved further) with nowhere for us to seat as we wait under the sun.. Anna also mentioned that there was error in the instruction within the booking.com that we were meant to be actually checked in somewhere else.. well, I hope this is being rectified in the booking.com website..

The apartment is spacious and it has plenty of supermarkets within walking distance of the apartmnet. It's also within walking distance to the ferry terminal and bus station as well as some nice beaches. Anna greeted us to hand over the key. The apartment is quite a good base for day trip to Capo Testa and also if you would like to go on day trip to Bonifacio in Corsica.
