The rooftop patio was not decorated or furnished for the season which was disappointing. Flower pots had not been filled and furniture was very sparse. Despite the beautiful view, it was not overly inviting.

Location of the hotel is excellent. An easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. We did not have a sea view, but rather a view of the mountains and neighbouring hotels/apartments which was fine. A sea view would have been preferable but we had not pre-booked our preference. We made use of the roof top patio which offered a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding area. The beach was very close; a short block away and across the street. All in all, a perfect location.

The walls seem to be a bit thin that is why we could hear clearly the loud conversation of our neighbours, but it is definitely not the mistake of the staff.

Nice reception, well-equipped kitchen, great size of balcony in the studio apartment.

The only comment in this section would be that the apartment didn’t have any kitchen towels to dry the dishes. But it was no big deal as we ended up using a small face towl

The suite with an ocean view was very comfortable and we loved having the balcony! The staff were very welcoming and also were happy to meet our very last minute request for twin beds as opposed to a double. We really appreciated their hospitality!

We highly recommend this stay for people who want to explore the Amalfi coast and avoid crowded stays at Amalfi and Positano. 10/10 We booked our stay at Panoramic Residence in Maiori at Amalfi Coast. From the very first moment, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our stay as a gift and offered an amazing apartment with a magnificent view over the sea. our apartment was on the 6th floor, with easy access to 2 elevators. very clean apartment, very colorful. kitchen equipped with everything, even with a coffee machine with free pods( if you want more pods you can ask the reception, and they will give it for 0.5 euros per pod which is a very affordable price) the balcony was our preferred part with its panoramic view over the beach and the mountains. The apartment is within 2 minutes walk from the beach. about a 5-minute walk from the port where you can take a ferry to Amalfi, Salerno, and other cities/towns around the coast. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from it as well which again gives a great rest of mind if you want to catch a bus.

I loved everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It had everything that you need in a studio apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning.

The wifi was spotty at some points but overall not horrible.

The apartment was well-furnished and clean. It was located just off the main street near the beach and so it was easy to get everywhere. The balcony provided great views of the location. There were two bathrooms and two bedrooms so it was very comfortable and spacious.

A problem with the hot water

The hotel upgraded us because our apartment was being serviced We didn’t get a sea view but instead a great balcony with partial sea views but mostly views on mountain lemon groves Very modern well decorated apartment

The mattress was just ok for my liking, felt thin. But firm enough .

Love the location and the heated towel rack. Also enjoyed the balcony with the view of the water. Clean and had all the amenities I would have needed, except, perhaps microwave, and an iron.

The accommodation was great. Everything we needed. The little apartment was the perfect size, fantastic view, warm, comfortable, clean! The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows. The kitchen was useful and had most things. The staff were helpful and kind!

Me and my friend booked the studio room with a sea view and I must tell you the view was panoramic from the balcony and it was totally worth it. The host was super super nice. They allowed self-check-in when we got late on first day which was really helpful. The room cleanliness was exceptional and everything in the kitchen was also properly placed though we didn't cook much. I'll definitely come again and stay at the same place whenever I visit Maiori in future and would recommend others to book the property and you gonna love it. The walls were thin, you could hear the people in the next apartment talking

Was a bit lost and confused finding the room. The elevator button number didn't match the floor number. A heads up from when we checked in would have been helpful. But the staff was friendly. The walls were a bit thin. We can hear our neighbors and the people walking in the hallway. The parking fee per day was $$$.

The place felt fairly clean. The view was amazing. We got a corner room so we got such a beautiful view in the balcony. The hotel is pretty accessible and central to the town.
